★ Toheed v Risalat aur Namaz ke baad islaam ka Teesra sabse bada Rukn zakaat he,

★ Quran kareem me 70 se zyada maqamaat me Aqamate -Salaat aur Adae- Zakaat ka hukm saath saath kiya gaya he,Jisse maloom hota he k Deen me in dono Ka maqaam qareeb qareeb he aur zakaat ki farziyat ka munkir Deene islam se kharij he

★ Namaz ki tarah zakaat ka hukm bhi agli Shariyat me mojood tha,

⇨ Hazrat Ismaiyl Alaihissalam ke bare me he :- ” Woh apne ghar walo ko Namaz aur zakaat ka hukm dete he’n, ”

 *✺ Zakaat Ada Karne Ki Fazilat ✺*

★ ” Jo log Allah ki raah me apne maalo ko kharch karte hai, unke kharch kiye hue maalo ki haalat esi he jese ek daane ki haalat , jisse ( farz karo) saat baale (aur) har baal ke andar 100 Dane ho’n aur ye afzuni khuda ta’aala jisko chahta he ataa farmata he, Aur Allah ta’ala badi wus’at wale hai’n ,jaanne wale hai’n,"

→ Jo log apna maal Allah ki raah me kharch karte hai fir kharch karne ke baad na to (us per ) ahsaan jatate hai’n aur na ( bartav ) se usko azaar pahunchate hai’n ,in logo ko in ( ke amaal ) ka sawab milega, unke parvardigar ke paas aur na un per koi khatra hoga aur na ye magmoom honge, ”

★ Hazrat Abu Hurayra Raziyallahu Anhu farmate. hai’n k Hujzoore Akram Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne irshad farmaya k :-

“Jo shakhs ek khajoor ke Dane ke barabar paak kamai se sadqa kare aur Allah ta’ala sirf paak hi ko qubool farmate hai’n ,To Allah ta’ala usko apne dast me lekar qubool farmate hai’n , fir uske Maalik ke liye uski parvarish farmate hai’n ,. jis tarah k tumme se ek shakhs apni ghodi ke bachche ki parvarish karta he, yaha tak k woh (ek khajoor ke Dane ka sadqa qayamat ke din ) pahaad ke barabar ho jayega, ”

           *✺ Zakaat Ke Pehlu- ✺*

★ Neki aur Fawa’id ke lihaaz se zakaat me 3 pehlu he’n :-

● 1- Apna kamaya hua maal Allah ta’ala ke hukm ke mutabik Allah ta’ala ke Bando’n per kharch karta he to goya Allah ta’ala ke huzoor maali Nazrana pesh karke apni Aazizi v inksaari ka izhaar karta he k_ ” ye maal dar haqeeqat aapka atiya tha Jo mene aapko Razi karne ke liye kharch kiya, ”

● 2- Zakaat ke zariye gareeb v mohtaaj Bando’n ki khidmat v i’aanat hoti he, is tarah unki khoob Duae’n hasil hoti he,

★3 Zakaat ka ma’ani paaki he, Jis tarah meyla kapda dhone se paak ho jata he, Meyla jism nahane se paak saaf ho jata he, Isi tarah zakaat nikaalne se wo maal paak saaf ho jata he aur khud zakaat dene wale ko bhi paaki haasil hoti he, Uske andar se maal ki hirs, muhabbat, Bukhl vagera andruni bimariyo’n ka ilaaj hota he,
” Ey Nabi ! Aap musalmano ke amwaal me se Sadqa ( zakaat ) vasool kijiye jisse unke quloob ki tatheer aur unke nafso’n ka tazkiya ho, ”

  *✺ Zakaat Ada na Karne Ka Vabaal ✺*

★_ Allah Ta’ala ka irshad he, َ:-” Jo log Sona chandi jama karke rakhte hai’n aur unko Allah ki raah me kharch nahi karte,

→ so Aap unko ek badi dardnaak saza ki khabar suna dijiye k us roz waqe hogi k unko dozakh ki aag me avval tapaya jayega→ fir inse un logo ki peshaniyo aur unki karwato aur unki pushto ko daag diya jayega,→ye woh hai jisko tumne apne vaaste jama karke rakha tha,→ so ab apne jama karne ka maza chakho, ”

★ Hazrat ibne Masu’od Raziyallahu Anhu Huzoore Akram Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ka irshad naqal karte hai’n k- ”jo shakhs apne maal ki zakaat Ada nahi karta Qayamat ke din uska maal ganje saanp ki shakal me uski gardan me daal diya ja’ega,→ fir Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne is majmoon ki aayat hume padhkar sunayi, ٌ

⇨ Aayat ka tarjuma ye he —” aur hargiz khayal na kare ese log Jo esi cheez me bukhl karte hai’n Jo Allah ta’ala ne unko apne fazal se di he k ye baat kuchh unke liye achchhi hogi balki ye baat unki bahut buri he, woh log qayamat ke roz tauk pehna diye ja’enge uska jisme in hone bukhl kiya tha,”

*✺ Zakaat Kis Per Farz He-✺*

★ Zakaat Baalig per wajib he,,⇨ Na-balig Bachcho ke maal per zakaat nahi, Albatta sadqa e fitr Na-balig ki taraf se Ada karna bhi zaruri he, (agar na-balig sahibe maal ho)

★ Majnoon, Pagal ke maal per zakaat nahi,

★ Zever aurat ki milkiyat hote hai’n , aur zakaat Ada karne ki zimmedari bhi Maalik hi per hogi, Shohar agar uske kehne per zakaat Ada kare to Ada ho ja’egi,

★ Shohar aur Bivi ki zakaat ka hisaab alag -alag he, Marhoom Shohar ki zakaat Beva ke zimme Farz nahi, agar vaaris Ada kare to achchhi baat he,

★ Agar Na-Baalig ladki ko zever ki Maalik bana diya to jab tak ladki baalig nahi hogi zakaat Farz nahi he,
⇨ Sirf ye keh dena ya ye niyat kar lena k zever ladki ke Jahez me diya ja’ega, zakaat se mushtasna nahi karaar diya ja sakta, Jab tak k ladki ko zever ka Maalik na bana diya jaye,→Aur ladki ko Maalik bana dene ke baad us zever ko khud istemal karna jaa’iz nahi hoga,

⇨Zakaat in cheezo per Farz he:- 

★1- Sona Jabke Saade Saat Tola ( yani 87.479 gram), ya isse zyada ho,

★2- Chandi Jabke Saade Bavan Tola ( yani 612.35 gram ) ya isse zyada ho,

★ 3- Rupya- Paisa, aur Maale- Tijarat Jabke iski maaliyat Saade Bavan Tola chandi (612.35 gram) ke barabar ho,

→ Agar kisi ke paas thoda sa Sona he, kuchh Chandi he, Kuchh Naqad Rupya he , ya kuchh maale Tijarat he aur inki majmooi ( in sabki qeemat jodne ke baad ) maaliyat Saade Bavan Tola chandi (612.35 gram) ke barabar he to is per bhi zakaat Farz he,

→ isi tarah agar kuchh Sona he, kuchh Chandi he, ya kuchh Sona he, kuchh Naqad Rupya he, ya kuchh Chandi he, kuchh maale Tijarat he, tab bhi inko milakar dekha jayega k Saade Bavan Tola chandi ki maaliyat banti he ya nahi,
agar banti he to zakaat wajib hogi varna nahi,

✔ Khulasa ye he Sona, Chandi, Naqdi, Maale Tijarat me se koi si bhi do ( Ya do se zyada ) Cheezo ki maaliyat jab Chandi ke nisaab ( 612.35 gram) ke barabar ho to us per zakaat Farz hogi,

★ 4- in ( Jo mazkoor hui ) cheezo ke alawa charne wale maveshiyo (animals) per bhi zakaat Farz he, isme Bhed, Bakri, Gaay, Bhens, Ount ke alag alag nisaab hai’n ,

→ Jo log maveshi rakhte hai’n ahle ilm motbar ulema Hazraat se daryaft kar le, *( isme tafseel zyada he isliye isko nahi likha )*

★ 5- Ushri Zameen ki paydawar per bhi Zakaat Farz he, jisko Ushr kaha jata he, *( Tafseel aage zikr ki ja’ egi in sha Allah)*

★ Maale Tijarat me har wo cheez dakhil he jisko Aadmi ne bechne ki niyat se kharida ho, ( aur Yahi niyat baqi ho )

★ Lihaza Jo log investment ki garz se plot kharid lete he’n aur shuru hi se niyat hoti he k jab achchhe paise milenge to usko farokht karke usse munafa kama lenge to us Plot per bhi Zakaat waajib he,

⇨ lekin agar Plot is niyat se kharida k agar moqa hua to us per Riha’ish ( residence) ke liye Makaan banwa lenge ya moqa hoga to usko Kiraaye per chhod denge ya kabhi moqa hoga to usko farokht kar denge,,,,,,,, Yani koi waazeh niyat nahi he Balki wese hi kharid liya he to is soorat me us Plot ki qeemat per zakaat waajib nahi he,

★_ Aksar log sirf Ramzan me zakaat nikaalte he’n aur usi me hisaab karte he’n, Ramzanul Mubarak me Zakaat nikaalne ki fazilat to he lekin apne maal ka hisaab bhi Ramzan hi me kiya jaye? Isme bahut si kharabiya he”n,

Isliye k Zakaat ka sahi tareeqa ye he k Aap Qamri Maah ( Chand ki tareekh ) ki jis tareekh ko Sahibe Nisaab hue the, hamesha wahi tareekh aapki zakaat ke hisaab ke liye mutayan rahegi,

★ is Tareekh me Aapke paas Jo Sona, Chandi, Maale Tijarat aur Naqdi Jo kuchh bhi ho, chahe ek Roz pehle hi mila ho sab per zakaat Farz hogi, Zakaat ka hisaab isi tareekh ko hoga Ada chahe jab kare,

★ Agar darmiyan saal me nisaab keep mutabik maal bilkul nahi raha to ab fir ( dobara ) jis tareekh me Sahibe Nisaab honge, wo tareekh mutayan hogi,

★ Agar Sahibe Nisaab banne ki Qamri tareekh ( chand ki tareekh ) yaad nahi ho to goro fikr ke baad jis tareekh ka itminan zyada ho wo mutayan hogi,

★ Agar kisi tareekh ka bhi itminan na ho to khud koi Qamri tareekh Mutayan kar lijiye, isme Angrezi Saal se hisaab karna durust nahi he,

2-1/2 % ( 2.5 % ) Yani 40 va hissa

Ya 40 Rupye per 1 Rupya Zakaat Ada karna zaruri he,

★ Hazrat Abdullah bin Amru bin Aas Raziyallahu Anhu se rivayat he k ek khatoon apni ek Ladki ko lekar Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki khidmat me haazir hui, Us ladki ke haath me Sone ke mote bhari Kangan the, Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne puchha: –” Kya tum in Kangano ki zakaat deti ho? ” Usne arz kiya k me zakaat nahi deti,

Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya,:-” Kya tumhare liye ye baat khushi ki hogi k Allah ta’ala tumhe Kangano ki ( zakaat na dene ki ) Vajah se qayamat ke din aag ke Kangan pehnaye? ”

Allah ta’ala ki us bandi ne dono Kangan haath se utaarkar Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke saamne daal diye aur arz kiya,:-” Ye Allah ta’ala aur Uske Rasool Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke liye he’n,

★ Milo aur Companiyo ke Shares per bhi Zakaat Farz he, Ba-sharte k Shares ki qeemat baqadre nisaab ho ya uske alawa digar maal se Shares Holder Maalike Nisaab ban jaye, Albatta Companies ke Shares ki qeemat me chuki mashinry aur makaan, Furniture ki laagat bhi shamil hoti he, Jo dar haqeeqat zakaat se mutashna ( Free ) he,

⇨Isliye agar koi shakhs Company se maloom karke jitni raqam uski Mashinry, Makaan aur Furniture me lagi hui he usko apne hisse ke mutabiq Shares ki qeemat me se kam karke baqi ki Zakaat de to ye bhi jaa’iz he,

★ Saal ke khatm per jab Zakaat dene lage us waqt Jo Shares ki qeemat hogi wahi lagegi,

*✺ Mil Kaarkhano Per zakaat ✺*

★ Kaarkhana aur mil ki imaarat aur masheen vagera per zakaat Farz nahi lekin usme Jo maal tayyar hota he us per zakaat Farz he,

★ isi tarah Jo Khaam Maal ( Raw material ) Kaarkhane me samaan tayyar karne ke liye rakha he, us per bhi zakaat Farz he,

★ Provident fund me Jo Raqam mulazim ki tankhwah se kaati jati he aur us per Mahana ya Saalana izafa kiya jata he, Ye sab mulazim ki khidmat ka wo muaawza he Jo abhi uske qabze me nahi aaya, Lihaza wo mahkame ke zimme mulazim ka qarz he,

★ Zakaat ke maamle me Fuqha ikraam Rh ne qarz ki 3 qisme bayaan farmayi he’n, Jinme se baaz per zakaat waajib hoti he aur baaz per nahi hoti, Vasool hone ke baad zaabte ke mutabiq Zakaat waajib hogi, Jiski Tafseel ye he,

★ 1- Mulazim agar pehle se Sahibe Nisaab nahi tha, magar us raqam ke Milne se Sahibe Nisaab ho gaya to vasool hone ke waqt se ek Qamri Saal pura hone per Zakaat waajib hogi, Ba-sharte us waqt tak ye shakhs Sahibe Nisaab rahe,

⇨Agar Saal pura hone se pehle Maal kharch hokar itna kam reh gaya k Sahibe Nisaab nahi raha to zakaat waajib nahi hogi,

⇨ Aur agar kharch ya Jaaya hone ke bavjood Saal ke akheer tak Maal ba-qadre nisaab bacha raha to jitna baqi bach gaya sirf uski zakaat waajib hogi, Jo kharch ho gaya uski Nahi hogi,
 
★ 2- Agar Ye mulazim pehle se Sahibe Nisaab tha to fund ki raqam chahe miqdare nisaab se kam mile ya zyada uska saal alag se shumar nahi hoga,

→Balki jo maal pehle se uske paas tha Jab uska saal pura hoga yani pehle se mojooda nisaab ki zakaat nikaalne ki tareekh aayegi to fund ki vasool shuda raqam ki zakaat bhi usi waqt waajib ho jayegi chahe us nayi raqam per ek din hi guzra ho

⇨Zakaat ki ye tafseel imaam e aazam Abu Hanifa Rh ke qoal per mubni he, Sahabeen Rh ke qoal ke mutabiq qarz ki har qism per zakaat Farz he Lihaza agar koi ahatyaat per amal karte hue guzishta tamaam saalo ki zakaat Ada kare to behtar he,

⇨ iska behtar tareeqa ye he k jabse ye mulazim Sahibe Nisaab ho us waqt se har saal ke khatm per hisaab kar liya jaye, k ab uske fund me kitni raqam jama he, Jitni raqam jama he uski zakaat Ada kar de, isi tarah har saal karta rahe,

★ Agar Usne ye Raqam kisi shakhs, Bank, Insurance company ya kisi aur Tijarati Company me Ya mulazimeen ke numaindo per mushtamil board ki taraf muntkil karwa di ho to ye esa he jese khud apne qabze me le li ho,

⇨Kyuki is tarah wo shakhs ya company us mulazim ki vakeel hogi aur vakeel ka qabza shar’an muvakkil ke qabze ke hukm me he,

⇨Lihaza jabse ye Raqam us company ki taraf muntkil hui us waqt se us per bila ittefaaq zakaat waajib hogi aur har saal ki zakaat mazkoora baala zaabte ke mutabiq laazmi hogi,

★ Tijarati company ko Nafa nuksaan me shirkat ki buniyad per dene ki soorat me jabse us per Nafa milna shuru hoga us waqt se Nafa per bhi zakaat waajib hogi,

★ insurance company ya kisi aur Soodi karobaar karne wali company ko dene ki soorat me nafa haraam he,

★ Agar koi shakhs tijarat ki niyat se plot kharide aur yahi niyat baqi rahe to plot ki qeemat per zakaat waajib hogi,

→Doosre Tijarati maal ke saath iski zakaat bhi Ada ki jaye,→Aur agar doosra maal na ho to bhi plot ki qeemat nisaab ke ba-qadr hone ki soorat me zakaat waajib he

*★ Masla No. 1:*→Kharide gaye plot aur Makaan per kharidte waqt usme 3 qism ki niyate hoti he’n,→Kabhi to ye niyat hoti he k yaha’n makaan banakar Rihaish akhtyar karenge, Agar is niyat se plot kharida he to ese plot per zakaat nahi,

*★ Masla No. 2:* ⇨ isi tarah agar kharidte waqt na to farokht karne ki niyat thi aur na khud rehne ki niyat thi, is soorat me bhi us per zakaat nahi,

★ Bank me raqam jama karane ka ek tareeqa Fix Deposit he, iski soorat ye he k raqam ko Bank me ek makhsoos muddat ke liye ( 3 ya 5 ya 7 saal ) is shart per rakhte he’n k Muddat mukarrah se pehle ye Raqam naqabile wapas hogi, is muddat ke khatm hone per ye Raqam ek mukarrah Sood ( interest) ke saath wapas mil jati he,

★ is per Jo Sood milta he wo na-jaa’iz aur haraam hone ki Vajah se bager Sawab ki niyat se sadqa karna zaruri he, Asal jama shuda raqam per zakaat waajib he lekin uski adaygi vasooli ke saath hi waajib hogi, vasool hone se pehle waajib nahi , jaa’iz he,⇨ Lihaza agar kisi ne vasooli se pehle hi zakaat Ada kar di to bhi zakaat Ada ho jayegi,

★ Agar kisi shakhs ne itni raqam Jo nisaab tak pahunchti he, isliye jama kar rakhi he k me isse Hajj karunga ya isse Makaan kharidunga ya banaunga Ya isse Beti ki Shadi karunga vagera vagera,

⇨ To agar us raqam per saal guzar gaya to us per zakaat waajib ho gayi, Jab tak ye Raqam rakhi rahegi kharch nahi ho jayegi, Us waqt tak Maalik ko har saal zakaat Ada karni hogi,

⇨ Hajj ka iraada karna ya Makaan kharidna, banwana, Beti ki shadi vagera sab kaam per zakaat ki adaaygi ke liye uzr tasavvur nahi honge,

★ Ekmusht Zakaat Ada ho jati he, magar kisi ko ekmusht itni zakaat de dena k wo Sahibe nisab ho jaye makrooh he,

Hadiya ya Tohfa ke unwaan se Ada ki jaye aur Ada karte waqt niyat zakaat ki kar li jaye to zakaat Ada ho jayegi,

★Agar doosra aadmi, sahibe maal ke hukm ya ijazat se uski taraf se zakaat Ada kar de to zakaat Ada ho jayegi varna nahi,

★ Riyakari aur numaish ki garaj se zakaat ki tashheer jaa’iz nahi, balke isse sawaab batil ho jata he,

★ Peshgi ( advance) zakaat Ada karna bhi sahi he, zakaat Ada ho jayegi,

★ Agar koi shakhs gaflat aur kotahi ki vajah se farayaz ko chhodta he to farayaz maaf nahi honge ,

★Zakaat ki raqam se mulazim (servant) ko tankhwah ( salary) dena jaa’iz nahi, imdaad ke liye zarurat ya mohtaaj samajhkar tankhwah ke alawa zakaat de di jaye to zakaat Ada ho jayegi,

★Zakaat ki raqam ko masjid me lagana jaa’iz nahi,

★Aurat ke paas Rupya Paisa na ho to zever bechkar zakaat Ada kare,

★Agar Naqdi Rupya Paisa na ho to Saabka aur Aainda saalo ki zakaat me zever de sakte hai,

★ Qabile farokht baag, ya qabile nafa Fal ( Fruits) hone per bechne wale maalik ke zimme Ushr hoga,

★ Hissedari ki Paydawaar per apne apne hisse ki paydawaar ka Ushr Ada kare, usool ye he k fasal jiske ghar aayegi zameen ka Ushr bhi us ke zimme hoga,
