▣_ Masjid mai Chhote Bachcho Ko laane ki Shar'an ijazat nahi Hai isse Masjid Ka Adab v Ahatraam baqi nahi rahega aur Laane wale ko bhi itiminane qalb na rahega ,Namaz mai khade honge magar Khushu v Khuzu na hoga ,Bachcho ki taraf Dil laga rahega ,
▣_ Hazrat Mufti Shafi Sahaba Reh. Tehreee farmate hai'n :- Bachcho ko Qur'an Shareef Vagera Ujrat le kar Masjid mai Padhana bil ittefaaq na-Jaa'iz hai aur bila ujrat Mahaz sawab ke liye Baaz Fuqha ne ijazat di Hai _," *( Kazafil Ashbaah )*

▣_ Is PurFitan Daur mai Aurto'n ko Masjid v Eidgaah mai Haazir hone ki ijazat nahi , beshak Fuqha Kiraam iska inkaar nahi karte k Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke Zamana e Mubarak mai Aurte'n Panjgana Nanaze aur Eiden ki Jama'at mai Haazir hoti thi ,
"_"Lekin Wo Khirul Quroon Ka Zamana Tha , Fitno se mehfooz tha , Huzoor Akram Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ba Nafs Nafees mojood they ,Wahi naazil hoti thi ,Naye Naye Ahkaam naazil Hote they , Naye Musalman they Namaz Roza ( aur Digar zaroori ) ke ahkaam seekhne ki zarurat thi ,aur Sabse bad Kar Huzoor Akram Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki iqtida mai Namaz Ada karne Ka sarf haasil hota Tha ,
▣_ Lekin us Zamane mai bhi Aurto'n ke liye Jama'at mai Shareek hone Ka takeedi hukm nahi Tha balki Unke liye gharo mai Namaz padhne hi ko Afzal qaraar diya gaya Tha , Chunache Hazrat Umme Salma Raziyallahu Anha ki Rivayat Hai :-
"_ Janabe Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne irshad farmaya k Aurto'n ki Sabse Behtreen Masjid Unke Ghar ki gehraa'i hai , ( Yani Sabse Zyada band andruni hissa aur tareek Kothri ) , ( Ravaah Ahmad v Tabrani )
▣_Hazrat Ayesha Raziyallahu Anha farmati hai'n k Ek martaba Janabe Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihivasallam Masjid mai tashreef farma they , itne mai qabila mazina ki ek Aurat Zaibo Zeenat Ka Libaas pehne hue matakti ( itraati ) Hui Masjid mai aayi , Janabe Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya , Ey logo ! Apni Aurto'n ko Zaibo Zeenat Ka Libaas pehne aur masjid mai matakne se rok do Kyunki Bani israiyl per Laanat nahi ki gayi yaha'n Tak ki Unki Aurto'n ne Zaibo Zeenat Ka Libaas pehna aur Masjid mai matakna Shuru Kar diya _'" ( ibne Maaja Baab fitnatun Nisa -297 )
"__ isse sarahatan ye Baat Saabit Hui k Aurto'n ko Masjid mai aane ki Jo ijazat aur rukhsat thi Wo in qaido aur Shara'it ke Saath thi aur fitna runuma hone se pehle thi, Chunache Jab Umar Raziyallahu Anhu Ke Zamane mai Aurto'n ki awaaz aur be ahatyati zaahir hone lagi aur Fitne Ka Andesha hua to Amirul Momineen Hazrat Umar Farooq Raziyallahu Anhu ne hukm Jaari farmaya k ab Aurte'n Masjid na aaya Kare , Tamaam Sahaba Kiraam Raziyallahu Anhum ne is Hukm ko pasand farmaya , kisi ne bhi mukhalfat nahi ki goya Sahaba Kiraam Raziyallahu Anhum ne muttafaqa faisla diya k Fitne ka andesha hone ke baad Aurto'n ko Masjid mai aane ki ijazat nahi Hai ,
▣_ Chunache Ummul Momineen Hazrat Ayesha Raziyallahu Anha ne bhi is Fitne ko Mehsoos kiya aur Unhone farmaya :- Agar Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam Aurto'n ke Fitne ki ye haalat dekhte to unko Masjid mai aane se zaroor rok dete Jis tarah Bani israiyl ki Aurto'n ko Masjid mai aane ki muma'anat Kar di gayi thi , *( Bukhari -1/120 Muslim -1/183)*

*☞ Mutafarrik -_*
▣_ Maalik ki ijazat ke bager Masjid, Madarsa banana sahi nahi lihaza qeemat Ada karke jagah ko razamandi se kharida jaye,
▣_ Masjid ke masarif ke liye kharch karna bhi sadqa he,
▣_ Jaan boojhkar galat raqam Masjid ki tameer me kharch karne wale log gunahgaar he’n,
▣_ Jo jagah ba-qaa’ada masjid bana di jaye, wo hamesha masjid rahegi, uski haysiyat ko tabdeel karna sahi nahi he,
▣_ Masjid chahe kachchi ho ya pakki usko ya uske kisi hisse ko hataana aur us jagah ko kisi aur kaam me istemaal karna jaa’iz nahi,
▣_ Ek Masjid ko abaad karne ke liye doosri masjid ko munhadam karna ya Taala daalna jaa’iz nahi,
▣_ Tameeri nuqs se saff me ek taraf namazi bahut kam ho’n to bhi namaz makrooh he,
▣_ Qabristaan me namaz padhna mana he, lekin agar esi masjid ho jata jiske qareeb qabre ho usme namaz ho jati he,
▣_ Buliding me Jo kamra namaz ke liye makhsoos kar diya gaya ho uska hukm masjid ka nahi, na usme masjid ka sawaab milega,
▣_ Masjid me dakhil hone ki dua padhni chahiye fir agar kuchh log faarig bethe ho to unko aahista se salaam kaha jaye aur agar sab mashgool ho to salaam na kahe,
▣_ itni zor se salaam karna k namaziyo ki namaz me khalal pade, sahi nahi,
▣_ Masjid me dakhil hone per agar kuchh log faarig Bethe ho to aahista salaam kehna chahiye agar faarig na ho sab mashgool ho to salaam na kahe,
▣_Namaziyo ke zimme iska jawaab nahi isliye dil me bhi jawaab dene ki zarurat nahi,
▣_ itni Zor se salaam karna k namaziyo ki namaz me khalal pade sahi nahi,
▣_ Masjid me dakhil hone aur nikalne ke waqt darood sharif pdhna chahiye,
▣_ Masjid me dakhil hote hue daya qadam pehle rakhe aur fir ye dua padhe,
” Bismillahi wassalatu wassalamu alaa Rasulullihi,
Allahummaf ta’ali Abwaaba rahmatika, ”
▣_ Aur masjid se nikalte waqt baya per bahar nikaale aur ye dua padhe,
” Bismillahi wassalatu wassalamu alaa Rasulullihi,
Allahumma inni as’aluka min fazlika,
▣_ Jo hissa namaz ke liye makhsoos he aur jis per masjid ke ahkaam jaari hote he’n, us hisse me dakhil hote waqt dua padhni chahiye,
▣_ Masjid ko hifazat ke liye raat ko taala lagana jaa’iz he,
▣_ Masjid ki Bijli vagera Namaz ke auqaat me istemal karna chahiye digar auqaat me ahle chanda ko mana karna sahi he,
▣_ Masjid me Sona Mo’atkif aur Musafir ke liye jaa’iz he doosro ke liye makrooh he,
▣_Jo log Nasjid me neend kare unko chataiyo per kapda bichha Lena chahiye taki pasine se farsh kharab na ho aur neend ki haalat me napaak ho Jane ka khatra na rahe,
*▣_ Be namazi ko masjid ki comeyti me Lena sahi nahi,*
▣_ Jo shakhs Namaz hi ka paband na ho uska masjid se kya ta’alluq,?
▣_ Masjid me duniyavi baate karna makrooh he, albatta zarurat ki baat masjid me kar lena jaa’iz he,
▣_ Masjid me sawaal karna ( bheek maangna) jaa’iz nahi,
▣_ Ese logo ko masjid se bahar khada hona chahiye, lekin zarurat mand ki imdaad ke liyedoosra Aadmi apeal kare to ye jaa’iz he,
▣_ Agar koi cheez masjid me padi hui mile uska elaan masjid me karna jaa’iz he, bahar kisi ki koi cheez gum ho gayi ho uski talash ke liye masjid me uska elaan karna jaa’iz nahi,
▣_ Madarse ke liye Qurbani ki khale jamaa karne ka elaan jaa’iz he, lekin ye dhyan rahe k is elaan ki vajah se kisi namazi ki namaz me khalal na pade,
▣_ Namaze Janaz ka elaan to namaziyo ki ittela ke liye sahi he lekin gumshuda cheezo ka elaan jaa’iz nahi,hadees sharif me iski sakht muman’at aayi he,
▣_ Masjid ki zarurato ke alawa masjid ka loud speaker istemal karna jaa’iz nahi,
▣_ Masjid me Taqreer aur Dars chahe badi raato ( Shabe Baraat vagera) me ho ya chhoti raato me iske dauran sirf andar ke speaker istemal karna chahiye taki awaaz masjid tak mehdood rahe aur ahle mohalla ko jinme bimar bhi hote he’n pareshani na ho, Sunane ka nafa us waqt hota he jab sunne wale shoq aur ragbat se sune, isliye jin logo ko sunana maqsoos ho unko targeeb dekar masjid me laya jaye,
▣_ Masjid me mitti ka tel jalana ya badbudar cheez le Jana makrooh he,
▣_ Masjid ke vazu khane ka paani vazu ke liye makhsoos he iska mohalle walo ko le Jana durust nahi, albatta agar ahle mohalla ne aam logo ke liye lagaya ho aur paani le Jane ki ijazat ho to jaa’iz he,
*▣_ Masjid ki diwaaro aur darwazo per ishtehar chipkana 2 vajah se najaa’iz he,*
"__*Ek ye k masjid ki diwaar ka istemal zaati maqasid ke liye haraam he, Doosri vajah ye he k Masajid ki tazeem aur Safai ka hukm diya gaya he aur masjid ki diwaar per ishtehar lagana iski be adabi he aur isko ganda karna bhi,*
*"__Kya koi shakhs Governor house ke darwaaze per ishtehar chipkane ki jurrat karega? Aur kya usko iski ijazat di ja’egi,?*
*Aur kya koi apne makaan ke daro diwaar,darwaaze per mukhtalif ishtehar lagwana pasand karega?*
▣_ Kya musalman ki nazar me Allah ke ghar ki azmat apne ghar ke barabar bhi nahi?
▣_ Yaad rahe khuda ke ghar ki abaadi shehar aur mohalle ki abaadi ka zariya he, aur khuda ke ghar ki Viraani hamare mohallo aur shehro ki viraani v barbadi ka sabab he,
▣_ Masjid ko Guzargaah,Tafreehgaah aur ser siyasat ka mozu banana najaa’iz aur gunaah he,
▣_ Masjid me Photo Lena sabse badtar baat he kyuki ye kaam kai haraam umoor ka majmua he aur masjid ke adab ahatraam ke khilaf he,
▣_ Masjid ki raqam ka apne zaati istemal me laana jaa’iz nahi,
▣_ Masjid se Quran Majeed uthakar laana jaa’iz nahi,
▣_ Madjid me najis aur badbudaar cheeze lana jaa’iz nahi,
▣_ Qasdan ( Jaan boojhkar) Masjid se Joota tabdeel karna sakht gunaah he aur Jo Joota ya chappal bekaar padi ho aur unka masraf fenkne ke Siva koi na ho unko pehan Iene me koi muzaiqa nahi,
