           ⇛ Jahez ki Shara’i Haisiyat,
                   ▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩
✪ Baap ka apni Beti ko Nikaah ke waqt Jahez Dena Sunnate Nabvi Sallallahu Alaihivasallam he, Chunache Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne apni Sahabzadi Hazrat Fatima Raziyallahu Anha ko Shadi ke waqt Jahez diya tha,
✪ Albatta isme iska itna  ahatmam karna munasib nahi k jisse pareshani ho aur Qarz ka bada bojh ho jaye,
✪ Baqi apni haisiyat ke muwafiq, Riyakaari, Shohrat pasandi se bachte hue kuchh zaruri samaan de diya jaye to isse Sunnat Ada ho jayegi, Lekin Aaj ke daur me Sunnat se nikal kar ye azaab ban gaya he, isme a’atdaal ki raah apnana behat zaruri he,

Samaane Jahez Ladki ki Milk he,
            ▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩
✪ Nikaah v Rukhsati ke waqt Jo samaan, Bartan, Furniture, Libaas v digar cheeze Walden ki taraf se Ladki ko diya jata he wo ladki ki milk he, Walden ke liye usko wapas Lena jaa’iz nahi,
✪ Neez Talaaq vagera ke zariye Judai ki soorat me Shohar ya uske ghar walo ka ladki ke maal per qabza kar Lena bhi jaa’iz nahi balki saara samaan wapas karna zaruri he,
✪ Albatta khula ki soorat me agar kisi maal ko khula ka avaz thehraya gaya to wo Shohar rakh sakta he,
 
⇛ Damaad ka Sasural walo se Jahez ka Mutalba Be- gairati he,
            ▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩
✪ Baaz log ladki walo se samaane Jahez ka mutalba ( demand) karte he’n,
✪ Maslan – Gaadi, ghadi, libaas, poshak vagera fala cheeze hone wale Damaad ko dena hoga varna hum ladki qubool nahi karenge”, is tarah kisi cheez ka mutalba karna Shar’an jaa’iz nahi, Ye nadaani, Be-gairati, Be-sharmi ki baat he,
✪ Damaad per Sasural walo ka is tarah koi haq nahi k unse makhsoos samaan ka mutalba kare,
⇨Isi tarah isko rivaaj qaraar dena k log mutalbe ke bager dene per majboor ho jaye, ye bhi galat he, lihaza isse ijtnaab karna laazim he,

Jahez ka Shara’i Masla, ( Zaroor Padhiye )-
            ▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩
✪ Aam tor per Jahez itna dete he’n k uski Maaliyat se Hajj kiya ja sakta he, isliye agar Jahez ka poora samaan ladki ki Milk me de diya jaye aur Hajj ke form bhare Jane ke waqt me bhi ladki ki milk me ho to foran usi saal uske liye Hajj per jana Farz ho jayega,
✪ Ab ye Walden ki zimmedari he k use Hajj karwaye,
✪ Us per Hajj pehle saal hi me Jana Farz ho jata he, agar ye khayal kare k doosre saal jayenge ya baad me kabhi chale jayenge to Pehli baat to ye he k Kya maloom doosre saal tak zinda bhi rahe ya nahi,
⇨Aur agar doosre saal tak zinda reh gaye aur Hajj bhi kar liya to bhi takheer ( late ) karne ka gunaah hoga, Hajj ka farz to Ada ho jayega magar Takheer karne ka gunaah bhi zimme rahega k Kyu der ki ?
⇨ Jo Walden Aulad per Hajj Farz kar dete he’n magar Hajj karwane ka intezam nahi karte wo Mujrim thehrenge,
Jahez ke Bajaye Naqdi de,
            ▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩
✪ Akhri darje ki ek baat ye he k Naqdi ki soorat me Jahez de, Jo samaan Truko ke Truk bharkar samaan Jahez me dete he’n uski bajaye itni Raqam beti ko de de, Balki ( jaha ek lakh ka samaan he to ) ek lakh ki bajaye 2 lakh de de hume koi ishkal nahi hoga,
✪ Magar ese Naqdi ki soorat me koi nahi dega, kyuki agar Naqdi diya to logo ko Pata hi nahi chalega, k logo ko dikhana maqsood he, balki logo ko jama karke pehle dikhate he’n, chahe Bheek maang maang kar hi kyu na diya ho,
Jahez se Virasat Khatm Nahi hoti,
            ▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩
✪ Ek masla aur samajh lijiye, Bahut se log ye samajhte he’n k humne Jo Beti ko Jahez de diya uske baad virasat me uska haq nahi raha, Kyuki humne niyat ki thi k ye Jo kuchh use de rahe he’n, Virasat ka hissa he,
✪  Ye bhi galat he,  Aap Jahez me kitna hi de do magar Virasat ka hissa Jo Shariyat ne muqarrar kar diya he wo poora ka poora mojood he, Jahez dene se Beti mahroom nahi hoti,
✪ Zindgi me Vasiyat jaari nahi hoti, kisi ko kitna hi de do, wo uske liya hiba he, Virasat to jaari hogi marne ke baad, magar marne ka khayal to Aajkal musalmano ko aata hi nahi,
Jahez ka Shara’i Masla ( Zaroor Padhiye ) -

✪ Agar ladki ko Maalik.nahi banaya aur bahut bade bade samaan Jahez ke liye Jama kar liye aur esa hoshiyar walid agar mar gaya to saara maal Vaariso me taqseem hoga,
✪ Ladkiyo’n ko sirf utna hi.milega jitna Shariyat ki taraf se viraasat me uska haq he, Poora maal to hargiz nahi milega chahe unki waalid vasiyat kar jaye k ye Jahez un ladkiyo’n ka he, Esi Tehreee likhkar registration karwale, hazaaro gawah banale, Kuchh bhi karle baharhal ladkiyo’n ko utna hi hissa  milega jitna Shariyat ne muqarrar kiya he,
✪ Vaaris ke haq me Vasiyat motabar nahi, Jara sochiye k Ladki ke liye itna kuchh jama karne ka kya faayda ? Esi himakat kyu ?
Is soorat me Jahez ke liye rakhe Sone Chandi ki zakaat bhi Farz he,

Kya Jahez dena Muhabbat he ?

✪ Agar muhabbat ki vajah se Jahez de rahe he’n to zara gor karle, Betiyo’n ko Jaaydad me kyu shareek nahi karte ? Apni tijarat me, Karkhano me, Makaano me, Zara’i zameen me se kuchh hissa Kyu nahi dete ?
✪ Agar (  in tamaam ) cheezo me  se kuchh  hissa de apne saath shareek kar le to isme Beti ka faayda he,
✪ Lekin log esa nahi karte balki unki koshish ye hoti he k Beti ko Jaaydad me shareek na kare, Jaaydad sirf Beto’n ki rahe,
*Daave muhabbat ke aur Koshish ye k Jaaydad me se Beti ko kuchh na mile,

✪ 1- Naqdi ki soorat me aapne ladki ko hadiya de diya to agar us per Hajj farz ho gaya to wo Hajj kar legi,
✪ 2- Agar Naqad hadiya diya to fir Allah ke bando aur Bandiyo ke halaat mukhtlif hote he’n, baaz Raahe khuda me saara maal bhi.laga dete he’n, Ye log to khud per Hajj farz hone hi nahi dete,
✪ 3- Naqdi me teesra fayda ye he k Miya Bivi apni maslihat ke mutabik jis cheez ki zarurat hogi poori kar lenge,
☆ 4- Agar koi fori zarurat nahi aur Hajj Ada karne ke baad bhi raqam Bach gayi lekin Allah ki raah me lagane ki himmat nahi ho rahi to is Raqam ko tijarat me laga denge, Beti aur Damaad ko iske zariye Aamdani hogi,

    ⇛ Walima ki Shara’i Haisiyat,

✪ Dawate Walima karna Sunnat he, walima ka masnoon waqt Dulhan ko ghar lane aur Humbistari ke baad ka waqt he,
✪ Nikaah se pehle kisi bhi tarah walima ki sunnat Ada nahi ho sakti, agar kisi ne Nikah se pehle khana khilaya to mubah to he, Walima ka ajro sawab haasil nahi hoga,

✪ Walima us Dawat ko kaha jata he Jo Shadi ke baad logo ko.khilaya jata he, iske liye Dino ki khas tadaad muqarrar nahi, balki isko Shadi karne wale ki isteta’at per bhi chhoda gaya he,
⇨Agar wo ek se zyada Dino ki dawat karna chahta he to isme koi qabahat nahi, lekin ek se zyada Dino tak karne me fakhro guroor ya riyakaari, Shohrat pasandi jese maqasid shamil ho to is niyat se dawat karna jaa’iz nahi,

Walime ki Dawat Qubool karna chahiye,

✪ BaaZ ulma ki Raay ye he k Shadi Biyaah ki khane ki Dawat Qubool karna waajib he, Agar bila kisi Shara’i uzr ke Dawat qubool na karega to gunahgaar hoga,
✪ Qubool karne se muraad Shadi me shirkat he, ye Baaz ke yaha waajib aur baaz ke yaha Sunnat Mustahaba he,
✪ Baqi shareek hone ke baad khana to is bare me mutfiqa masla ye he k Agar Rozedaar na ho to khane me Shareek hona mustahab he, Shadi ke alawa doosri Dawato ka qubool karna mustahab he .
Ladki Walo ki taraf se Dawat masnoon nahi,
            ▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩
✪ Nabi kareem Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke zamane me Rukhsati ka koi khaas tareeqa nahi tha .aur na hi Baraat aur logo ke ijtema ka koi ahatmam tha,
Jesa k Hazrat Ayesha Raziyallahu Anha ko unki walida mohatrama ne Rukhsat kiya aur Hazrat Fatima Raziyallahu Anha ko Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne Hazrat Umme Aiman Raziyallahu Anha ke saath Hazrat Ali Razitallahu Anhu ke ghar rawana farmaya,
✪ Albatta agar Parde ka ahatmam ho, Mardo ke saath ikhtilaat vagera mufasid na ho to rukhsati ke waqt qareebi Rishtedar khawateen ke ghar me jama hone ki gunzaish he, aur unke liye ba-qadre zarurat khane ka intezam karna bhi durust he, Lekin khane ko sirf mehman nawazi ki haisiyat di jaye, isko Walime ki tarah Dawat e masnoona na samjha jaye, Kyuki Rukhsati ke waqt ladki walo ki taraf se khane ka intezam Shariyat me saabit nahi,

” sahi ye he k walima ladka aur uske avliya karenge, lekin Jo log ladki walo ke makaan me mehman aate he’n unka maqsad shadi me shirkat karna he aur unko bulaya bhi gaya he to aakhir wo khana kaha jaakar khayenge, aur apne mehmano ko khana khilana shariyat ka hukm he, Aur Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne takeed farmayi, albatta ladke walo ki taraf se walime ki Dawat he, ladki walo ki taraf se saabit nahi,

✪ Matlab ye he k is hadees me un logo ko mardood qaraar diya ja raha he, Jo mahaz apni nafsani khwahishaat aur zaati agraaz ki bina per Deen v Shariyat me nayi nayi baate’n aur naye naye tareeqe raa’iz karte he’n, Esi galat baato ka intsaab shariyat ki taraf karte he’n Jiska Islam me sire se vajood hi nahi,
       ® Mazahire Haq Jadeed,
⇛ Dawat e Walima me Gair Shara’i umoor ki Vajah se Shirkat na karna,
            ▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩
✪ Jis Dawate walima vagera me Gair Shara’i umoor ka irtkaab kiya ja raha ho, ( Maslan Gana Bajana, Naach Gana,vagera ), agar ye baat pehle se maloom ho ( k fala shadi me ye kaam gana bajana naachna vagera ho rahe he’n ) to usme Shirkat jaa’iz nahi,
✪ Aur agar ( pehle se maloom nahi tha ) waha pahunchne ke baad maloom hua to agar Gana Bajana dastarkhwan ke paas na ho tab bhi Aalim,aur  muqtada hone ki soorat me waapas aa jaye,
✪ Aur agar Awamunnas ( Aam Aadmi ) me se he to ruk jane ki bhi gunzaish he, aur agar Gana Bajana ka irtakaab dastarkhwan ke qareeb ho raha ho to fir waapas ho Jana Zaruri he, Chahe Awamunnas me se hi kyu na ho,,

         ⇛ Sunnat se Airaaj Gumrahi he,

✪ Tamaam musalmano per laazim he k Janabe Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki kaamil v mukammal itteba kare, Yahi kaamyabi ka raaz he, isi se Allah ta’ala ki Raza Khushnudi haasil hoti he aur Momin Jannat ka mustahik banta he,
✪ Sunnat Se Airaaj bahut bada gunaah he, Chunache Nabi kareem Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne irshad farmaya,
“Jo shakhs mere tareeqe se airaaj karega wo mujhse nahi (yani meri jama’at se kharij he ),”
      ® Mishkaat,
⇨ Yani Jo shakhs meri Sunnat se Airaaj karta he aur meri batayi hui hudood se tazaviz karta he to iska matlab ye hoga k wo meri Sunnat aur mere tareeqo se bezaari v beragbati kar raha he,
⇨ Iska natija ye he k esa shakhs meri jama’at se kharij he, Use mujhse aur meri Jama’at se koi nisbat nahi,

✪ Khudai hidayaat ko chhod kar khwahishaat ki itteba karna, Khilafe shara’a Rasm v Rivaaj ka ijaad karna aur uski pervi karna bahut khatarnaak kaam he, isse basa avqaat Aadmi imaan ki dolat se haath dho bethta he,
✪ Aaj musalmano me aqa’id ki kamzori ke saath Amali kamzori bhi tezi se badti ja rahi he, Bahut se galat aqa’id aur jahilana Rasmo Rivaaj musalmano ke maashre me dakhil ho gaye he’n,
✪ Hattaki hamare shadi byaah aur digar taqribaat, isi tarah khushi, gami ke digar moqe, wiladat, maut vagera me islami talimaat ko chhod kar mahaz gair muslimo ki naqal aur pervi ki ja rahi he,
⇨ Hattaki is bare me Islam ka hukm kya he?  Huzur Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ka tareeqa kya he?  Wo bhi nazro se ojhal hota ja raha he, Jo bahut afsos ki baat HE,
Mahino ko Manhoos Samajhna,
                 ▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩
✪ Baaz ilaaqo wale ya biraadri wale baaz mahino ko manhoos samajh kar unme shadi biyaah ki taqreeb mun’aqd nahi karte, Khususan Muharram aur Safar ke mahino ko manhoos samajhte he, isliye in mahino me shadi ki taqribaat se darte he,
⇨ Jabki ye logo ki banayi hui baate he’n aur sarasar shariyat ke khilaaf aqeeda he,
✪ Aaj se 14 so saal pehle Janaabe Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam is qism ke baatil tohmaat ki nafi farma chuke he’n ,lihaza is baatil aqeede ki buniyad per Shadi ke baaz din ya tareekh ko manhood samajhna shar’an jaa’iz nahi.
✪ Janabe Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne Irshad farmaya jiska mafhoom he k marz mut’adi hone KA aqeeda ,Badshaguni ( bad faali ) ullu ( bolne se nahusat aane KA aqeeda ) isi tarah maahe safar ke manhoos hone KA aqeeda shariyat se saabit nahi ,albatta juzami shakhs se is tarah bhago jis tarah sher se baagte ho ,

            ⇛ Mehndi ki Rasm ,
            ▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩
✪ Shadi KA moqa ho ya aam halaat khawateen ke liye Apne haatho me Mehndi lagana shar’an ek pasandida aur mustahab amal he ,Shar’an Aurat ko hukm he k Mehndi lagaya kare taki unke haath Mardo ke mushabe na rahe ,
✪ is zamane me Shadi se pehle Rasme Mehndi ke Naam se Jo Rasm ada ki jati he usme shar’an kai qabahate he’n ,is maqsad ke liye baaz biradriyo me mustqil Dawat hoti he ,Mard Aurate’n ikatthe hote he’n ,aur isko zaruri samjha jata he ,dawat na karne per laan taan hota he ,Rishtedaro me Jo is Dawat me shirkat na kare use bhi laan taan KA nishana banaya jata he ,
✪ Isliye ye Rasm qabile Tark he ,isse ijtinaab laazim he ,
⇛ Dulha ke liye Mehndi ki Rasm ,

✪ Baaz ilaaqo me Shadi se pehle Dulha ke ghar me bhi ek mustqil Rasme Mehndi ke naam se Dawat hoti he ,isme bhi dono taraf ke logo ko Dawat di jati he ,
,Khususan khawateen isme shirkat karti he’n ,Dulhan ki taraf se aane wali khawateen Dlha ko Mehndi lagati he’n, Jabki Shar’an Mardo ke liye bator zeenat haatho me Mehndi lagana jaa’iz nahi ,
✪ isse zyada buri harkat ye he k Dulhan ki taraf se aane wali Aurto’n ke zariye Dulha ko Mehndi lagayi jaye ,ye to dohra gunaah hua ,ek to Mard ke liye Mehndi lagane KA gunaah aur doosra Gair Mehram ajnabi Mard Aurat KA ek doosre ko haath lagana ,jise Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne haatho KA zina farmaya ,
✪ Jab ajnabi ( gair mehram )Mard Aurat KA musafa jaa’iz nahi to haath pakad kar Mehndi lagana kese jaa’iz ho sakta he ,lihaza is Rasm se bachna ,bachana musalmano ke zimme laazim he ,Varna isme shirkat karne wale sab gunahgaar honge ,
           ⇛ Ubtan Lagana ,
              ▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩•﹏•▩
✪ Shadi Byaah ke moqe per Ubtan lagane KA rivaaj he ,Shar’an isme koi muzayq nahi yani Ladki ko Ubtan lagana fi nafsa jaa’iz he ,
✪ Lekin is moqe per Jo mufasid v munkiraat hote he’n ,maslan tasveer kashi ( photography ) be pardgi ,Ajnabi Mardo Aurto’n KA ikhtlaat ,movie banana ,israaf vagera ye sab umoor na-jaa’iz aur Haraam he ,
✪ Isliye in na-jaaiz umoor se bachna zaruri he ,Albatta tamaam mufasid aur munkiraat se bachte hue Ubtan lagaya jaye to isme koi muzayqa nahi ,

✪ iske bavjood Shadi jesi ba barkat mehfil me bhi is manhoos kaam ko anjaam diya jata he,to esi shadi ba barkat hone ki bajaye nahusat wali ho jati he ,
Huzur Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne Apne haath se Tasveer wale parde ko faada he ,lihaza Ummat ke har fard per laazim he k Tasveer se esi hi nafrat KA izhaar kiya jaye ,bila zarurat iske istemal se mukammal ijtinab kiya jaye ,
Shadi ke Moqe per Gana Bajana,
