             Namaz  Ke  Masail 

        ♦Namaz ki Farziyat-1 ♦

Namaz baalig per farz hoti he, agar baalig hone ki alaamate zaahir ho jaye to namaz usi waqt Farz ho jati he,

Aur agar koi alaamat zaahir na ho to ladka, ladki 15 saal ki umar poori hone per baalig samjhe ja’enge aur jis din Solhve Saal me qadam rakhenge us din se un per namaz v Roza Farz honge,
Alaamat ye he k Ladke ko ahatlaam ho jaye ya Ladki ko haiz aa jaye vagera,
Agar kisi ne baalig hone ke baad bhi Namaz v Roza me kotahi ki to ab wo tauba karke Namaz v Rozo ki qaza karna chahiye,

Agar use ye yaad nahi k wo kab baalig hua tha to ladke ke liye hukm ye he k wo Terhve(13 ve) saal ke shuru hone se Namaz v Roza qaza kare, kyuki 12 saal ka ladka baalig ho sakta he,

Aur Ladki ke liye ye hukm he k wo 9 baras pure hone aur 10 ve saal ke shuru hone se Namaz v Roze ki qaza kare, kyuki 9 baras ki ladki baalig ho sakti he,

♦ Benamazi ko kaamil Musalman nahi keh sakte♦

Agar koi shakhs Allah aur Uske Rasool Sallallahu Alaihivasallam per imaan rakhta he,

Aur Namaz ka bhi qaa’il he,

Magar susti ya gaflat ki vajah se Namaz nahi padhta to Esa shakhs musalman to he lekin Kaamil musalman ise nahi kaha ja sakta k wo Namaz jese Aham aur Buniyadi Rukn ko chhodne ki vajah se Imaam Abu Hanifa Rh, Imaam Maalik Rh, Imaam Shafa’i Rh aur ek rivayat me Imaam Ahmad bin Hambal Rh ke nazdeek sakht gunahgar aur badtareen faasiq he,

        ♦Namaz ki Farziyat -2 ♦

Kalma e Shahadat ke baad islaam ka sabse bada rukn Namaz he, Namaze panjgana Ada karne se badhkar koi neki nahi aur Namaz na padhne se bada koi gunaah nahi,

Agar koi shakhs Namaz nahi padhta aur khair ke doosre kaam karta he to hum ye to nahi keh sakte k wo qubool nahi honge lekin tarke namaz ka vabaal itna bada he k ye amaal uska tadarik nahi kar sakte,
Esa shakhs Jo Farz namaz ki ijazat nahi de uske yaha mulazmat hi jaa’iz nahi,

        ♦Namaz ki Farziyat -3 ♦

Namaz Farz he uska chhodna Gunahe kabira he aur Daadi rakhna wajib he aur iska: katarwana ya mundwana haraam aur gunaahe kabira he,

Namaz qaa’im karne se muraad iski tamaam shara’it v adaab ke saath khoob ikhlas v tavajjo aur khushu v khuzu ke saath ise Ada karna he,

Namaz ke liye masrufiyat ka bahana lagv he,

Kya pehle Akhlaaq ki durustgi ho fir namaz padhni chahiye??

Ye khayal durust nahi balki khud akhlaaq ki durustgi ke liye namaz zaruri he,

Ye shaitan ka chakkar he wo ibaadat se rokne ke liye esi ulti sidhi baate samjhata he, aur shaitan ko pura itminan he k ye shakhs marte dam tak apne akhlaaq durust nahi kar sakega taki namaz se hamesha ke liye mehroom rahega,
Sidhi baat ye he k Aadmi Namaz ki bhi pabandi kare aur saath saath akhlaaq ki bhi koshish kare,

Duniyavi garaz ke liye namaz roza karna aur kaam nikal jane ke baad chhod dena bahut galat baat he aur isse zyada galat ye he k Aadmi apni haajat aur zarurat ke waqt bhi Allah ta’aala ki taraf ruju na ho,
Namaz ke waqt apne kaarobar me is tarah mashgool rehna k namaz fot ho jaye ya jama’at ka ahatmam na karna haraam he,

         ♦Namaz ki Farziyat -4 ♦

Allah ta’aala ko Gafurur Raheem Samajh kar namaz na Ada karne wale ki saza —

Allah ta’aala bila shubha Gafurur Raheem he lekin ese Gafurur Raheem ki nafarmani jab dhitai se ki jaye aur nafarmani karne wale ko sharmindgi bhi na ho to uska qahar bhi naazil ho sakta he,

zawaid, 2/21 me Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Raziyallahu Anhu se rivayat he,

” Jo shakhs Namaz ka ahatmam karta he to namaz uske liye qayamat ke din noor hogi, uske ( pure imaandar hone ) ki daleel hogi, aur qayamat ke din azaab se bachne ka zariya hogi,

Jo shakhs Namaz ka ahatmam nahi karta uske liye qayamat ke din na noor hoga, na uske( pure imaandar hone ki) koi daleel hogi, na azaab se bachne ka koi zariya hoga aur wo qayamat ke din Firaun, Hamaan aur Ubai bin Half ke saath hoga, ”

khulasa ye he k Shaitan ka makr aur dhoka he k gunaah kiye jao Allah Gafurur Raheem he wo bakhsh dega, Momin ki shaan ye honi chahiye k wo ahkaame ilaahi ki pabandi kare, Gunaho se bachta rahe aur fir Allah ta’aala ki rehmat v magfirat ki ummeed bhi rakhe,

            ♦Avqaat e Namaz-1♦

Namaz sahi hone ke liye ek shart ye he k us Namaz ka waqt dakhil ho chuka ho, fir Jo Namaz waqt ke andar padhi gayi wo Ada hui aur Jo waqt nikalne ke baad padhi gayi wo qaza hui, aur Jo waqt se pehle padhi gayi wo na Ada hui, na qaza, balki sire se Namaz hui hi nahi,

Ghar per Namaz padhna Aurto’n ke alawa sirf mazoor logo ke liye jaa’iz he, bager uzr ke masjid ki jama’at ka tark karna gunaahe kabira he,

Imaam Abu Hanifa Rh ke nazdeek Namaze Fajar ese waqt me padhna afzal he k suraj nikalne se pehle ek jama’at sunnat ke mutabiq aur karayi Ja sake,
Vitr ki namaz Tahajjud ke waqt padhna durust he balki jis shakhs ko tahajjud ke waqt uthne ka pura bharosa ho uske liye tahajjud ke waqt Vitr padhna afzal he,
Vitr ki namaz subeh sadiq se pehle padh Lena zaruri he, Subeh sadiq hone ke baad vitr ki namaz qaza ho jati he,

         ♦Avqaat e Namaz-2♦

Subeh sadiq ke baad Fajar ki sunnato ke alawa Tahajjud padhna ya koi aur nifl namaz padhna jaa’iz nahi,

Qaza namaz padh sakte hai’n magar wo bhi logo ke saamne na padhe,

Namaze Fajar ke baad Suraj nikalne tak nifl namaze padhna durust nahi, Qaza namaz, sazda tilawat aur Namaze janaza jaa’iz he,

Jab suraj ka kinara tulu ho jaye us waqt se lekar Suraj ki zardi khatm hone tak ka waqt ( Qariban 15-20 minutes) makrooh he, isme Farz, nifl, Sazda tilawat aur Namaze Janaza sab mana he,

Qurane kareem ki tilawat, zikr, tasbeeh, darood sharif is waqt bhi jaa’iz he,

Subeh sadiq hone per Sehri ka waqt khatm ho jata he aur Namaz Fajar ka waqt shuru ho jata he,

          ♦Avqaat e Namaz -3 ♦

Zavaal ke waqt Nawafil vagera kuchh nahi padhni chahiye aur na ese waqt nawafil padhna chahiye k zawaal ka waqt darmiyan namaz me ho jaye,
:
Avqaat ke naqsho me Jo zawaal ka waqt likha hota he uska matlab ye hota he k iske baad namaz jaa’iz he,

Zawaal me to zyada waqt nahi lagta lekin ahatyatan nisfunnahar se 5 minutes pehle aur 5 minutes baad namaz ko nahi padhna chahiye,

Zawaal ka waqt Din me hota he Raat ko nahi, Raat ke kisi bhi hisse me Namaz aur sazde ki muman’at nahi,

Raat ke 12 baje zawaal ka tasavvur galat he, aur din me bhi 12 baje zawaal ka waqt samajhna galat he kyuki mukhtlif shehro aur mukhtlif mosamo ke lihaaz se zawaal ka waqt mukhtlif hota he aur badalta rehta he,

           ♦Avqaat e Namaz -4♦

Asar ki namaz Hanfiya ke nazdeek misl avval ke baad asar ki namaz durust he, isliye fuqha Hanfiya Rh farmate he’n k misle saani ke baad asar ki namaz padhna mustahab he,

Misle saani khatm ho jane ke baad zyada takheer isliye mustahab he k nawafil zyada padh sake,

Takseer Nawafil ki garz se itni takheer ki jaye k Namaz ke baad guroob aftaab se pehle 6 meal safar paydal kiya ja sake,

Guroob ke baad ufaq per Jo shurkhi rehti he ( ye waqt taqriban sava ghanta hota he, kamo besh bhi ho sakta he ) tab tak Magrib ki namaz ho sakti he,

Isha ki namaz padhe bager so Jana makrooh he aur hadees me is per bad dua aayi he,

Agar Aadmi so jaye aur uth kar namaz padh le tab bhi namaz ho ja

          ♦Shara’it Namaz-1♦

Namaz bargahe khudavandi ki haziri he, isliye namaz ke waqt achchhe kapde pehanna chahiye, ese kapdo me namaz makrooh he jise pehan kar Aadmi aam majlis me na ja sake,

Mele kuchele kapdo me namaz makrooh he,

Nange sar namaz padhna, isi tarah Kandhe aur Baazu khule hone ki haalat me namaz padhna makrooh he,

Bager uzr ke Aadhi aasteen wali qameez ya baniyan pehan kar namaz padhna makrooh he,

Salwaar, Pajaama, Tehband latkana gunaahe kabira he, hadees me is per bahut vaeyde aayi he,

Ek hadees me he k uski namaz qubool nahi hoti,

Momin ka Pajaama aadhi pindli tak hona chahiye, Takhno tak ho to koi harj nahi, lekin Jo takhno se niche ho wo dozakh me he,

              ♦Shara’it Namaz-2♦

Pajaama, Salwaar, Takhno se niche rakhne ki muma’anat sirf namaz ke saath khaas nahi, balki kisi haal me bhi takhno se niche rakhna jaa’iz nahi, aur Jo cheez namaz ke bahar mamnu ho wo namaz ke andar badarja avlaa mamnu hogi,

Tasveer wale kapdo me namaz makrooh he, ese kapdo me hargiz namaz nahi padhni chahiye,

khaal agar mazbuh jaanwar ki ho ya uski dabagat kar li jaye to usme namaz jaa’iz he,

Napaak kapdo me bhool kar namaz padh Lena, – 

Agar napaaki ka vazan saade 3 maashe tha ya agar najasat siyal thi to uska felaav ek rupiye ke sikke ke barabar tha to namaz ho gayi, lotane ki zarurat nahi, agar isse zyada to namaz lotana hogi,

Jis tarah chori ki cheez bechne se uske paise halaal nahi ho jate isi tarah chori ke kapdo se kapda tabdeel kar liya jaye to wo bhi halaal nahi hoga, aur chori ke kapdo me namaz makrooh he,

         ♦Shara’it Namaz -3♦

Bilkul majboori me Napaak kapdo me Namaz padhne ki ijazat,

Chand masail --

Mard ka Satar naaf se lekar ghutno tak he, Jiska chhipana Mard ke liye namaz me farz he,

Agar lungi ya pajaama napaak ho gaya, magar kurta, Qameez ya koi aur kapda mojood he jisse itna satar chhipaya ja sakta he Jo ouper likha gaya he to lungi pajaama utaar kar us paak kapde se satar chhipaye aur usse namaz padhe, esi soorat me napaak lungi ya pajaama me namaz jaa’iz nahi,

Aur agar baqadre Farz satar chhipane ke koi paak kapda nahi aur napaak kapde ko paak karne ki bhi koi soorat nahi to uski 3 soorate he’n –

1- Wo kapda ek chothai ya isse zyada paak he, is soorat me us napaak kapde me hi namaz padhna zaruri he, barhana padhne ki ijazat nahi,

2- wo kapda pure ka pura napaak he is soorat me barhana namaz padhe, lekin beth kar padhe aur ruku, sazda ke bajaye ishara kare,

3- Wo kapda ek chothai se kam paak he to is soorat me akhtyar he chahe kapda pehan kar namaz padhe ya kapda utaarkar beth kar ishare se Namaz padhe,

          ♦Shara’it Namaz -4♦

Vazu namaz ke liye shart he, Bager Vazu namaz padhna sakht gunaah he, aur iska kaffara tauba astagfaar he,

Agar peshab pakhane ka taqaza shiddat se ho to namaz chhod deni chahiye, esi haalat me namaz makrooh tehrimi he aur iska lotana zaruri he,

Nakhoon badana makrooh aur khilafe fitrat he, Namaz ka hukm ye he k agar nakhoon ke andar koi esi cheez jam jaye jiski vajah se paani andar na pahunch sake to na vazu hoga aur na namaz hogi,
Aur agar nakhoon andar se bilkul saaf ho to namaz sahi he,

Nakhoon badane ka rivaaj musalmano me na Jane kiski taqleed se aaya he magar ye rivaaj bahut hi qabile nafrat he,

Agar andhere ki vajah se qibla rukh galat na ho to andhere me namaz padhne me koi harj nahi, namaz ho jaa’egi,

Jalti aag agar saamne ho to uski taraf namaz padhna makrooh he,

          ♦Shara’it Namaz -5♦

Jo jagah lahu v la’ib ke liye makhsoos ho waha namaz makrooh he, Ayn lahu v la’ib ke waqt makrooh tehrimi varna makrooh tanzihi he,

Tasveer saamne ho to namaz makrooh he,dukaan me tasveer wala maal is tarah rakha jaye k tasveere pichhle rukh ho jaye to karahat jati rahegi,

Ghar me TV rakhna jaa’iz nahi, lekin jab aap namaz padh rahe he’n us waqt TV band he to us kamre me aapki namaz bila karahat sahi he aur agar TV chal raha he to esi jagah per namaz padhna makrooh he,

Gair Muslim ke ghar ke khali Farsh per namaz padhne me koi harj nahi,

Zameen khusk hone ke baad Namaz ke liye paak ho jati he aur agar jagah paak ho to waha namaz padh sakte hai’n, aur agar paak kapda bichha liya jaye to aur bhi achchha he,

Shar’an kirayadaar ke jimme maalik ke mutalbe per makaan khali Kar dena laazim he aur khali na karne ki soorat me woh gaasib he aur gasab ki zameen me namaz qubool nahi hoti,

Qabristaan me namaz makrooh he lekin agar waha masjid ho k waha namaz padhne wale ke saamne qabre na ho to namaz bila karahat jaa’iz he,

           ♦ Namaz Ke Fara’iz ♦

Namaz ke 14 Farz he’n, Jinme Chand ese he’n Jinka Namaz se pehle hona zaruri he aur unko Namaz ke kharji Fara’iz bhi kehte he aur shara’ite Namaz bhi kaha jata he, Aur chand Faraiz ese he’n Jo dakhile Namaz he’n, Sabki fehrist ye he,

1- Badan ka paak hona,

2- Kapdo ka paak hona,

3- Satar ya Mardo ko naaf se ghutno tak aur Aurto’n ko chehra aur hatheliyo aur qadmo ke alawa Badan ko dhaankna,

4- Namaz ki jagah ka paak hona,

5- Namaz ka waqt hona,

6- Qibla ki taraf rukh karna,

7- Namaz ki niyat karna,

8- Takbeere tehrima,

9- Qayaam yani khada hona,

10- Qiraat yani ek badi aayat ya teen chhoti aayate ya ek chhoti surat padhna,

11- Ruku karna,

12- Sajda karna,

13- Qaada akhira,

14- Apne iraade se Namaz khatm karna,
Faraiz ka hukm ye he k koi farz qasdan chhod diya ya bhool kar, dono soorto me Namaz na hogi, dobara padhna laazim hoga,

           ♦ Namaz Ke Wajibaat ♦

Namaz me ye wajibaat he’n –

1- Alhamd ( surah Fatiha) puri padhna,

2- uske saath koi surat milana,

3- Farzo ki pehli do raka’ato me qiraat karna,

4- Alhamd ( surah Fatiha) ko surat se pehle padhna,

5- Ruku karke sidha khada hona,

6- Dono sajdo ke darmiyan sidha hokar bethna,

7- Pehla qaada karna,

8- Attahiyaat padhna,

9- Lafze Salaam se Namaz khatm karna,

10- Imaam ke liye magrib v isha ki pehli do raka’ato me aur fajar v Juma v Eiden aur Taraveeh ki sabhi raka’ato me qiraat buland awaaz se padhna,

11- Vitr me Duae qunoot padhna,

12- Eiden me 6 zaa’id takbire kehna,

Wajibaat me se agar koi wajib bhool kar chhot jaye to sajda sahu karna wajib hoga, Agar qasdan ( jaan boojhkar) kisi wajib ko chhod diya to dobara Namaz padhna wajib he sajda sahu se bhi kaam na chalega,

           ♦ Mufasidaate Namaz ♦

in cheezo se Namaz Faasid ho jati he:-

1- Baat karna thodi ho ya zyada, qasdan ho ya bhool kar,

2- Salaam karna ya Salaam ka jawab Dena,

3- Chheenkne wale ke jawab me Yarahmakallah kehna,

4- Ranj ki khabar sunkar inna lillah pura ya thoda sa padhna ya achchhi khabar sunkar Alhamdulillah kehna ya azeeb cheez sunkar Subhanallah kehna,

5- Dukh Takleef ki vajah se Aah! Oh! Ya Uff! Kehna,

6- Quran Sharif dekh kar padhna,

7- Alhamd ( surah Fatiha) ya surat me esi galti karna jisse Namaz Faasid ho jati he, ( Tafseel ulema ikraam se puchhe)

8- Amale kaseer maslan esa kaam karna jise dekhne wala ye samjhe k ye shakhs Namaz nahi padh raha he ya maslan dono haatho se koi kaam karna,

9- Qasdan ya bhool kar kuchh khana pina,

10- Qibla se seena fir Jana,

11- Dard ya musibat ki vajah se is tarah rona k awaaz me harf nikal jaye,

12- Ruku v Sajda wali Namaz me awaaz ke saath hansna,

            ♦ Namaz ki Sunnate♦

Ye cheeze Namaz me Sunnat he’n: –

1- Takbeere Tehrima ke waqt dono haath uthana,
Aurat kaandhe tak uthaegi aur Mard kaan ki lo tak,

2- Mardo ko naaf ke niche aur Aurto’n ko seene per haath baandhna,

3- Sana yani ” Subhanakallahumma ..”akheer tak padhna,

4- ” A’auzubillah ..” puri padhna,

5- Bismillah ..puri padhna,

6- Ruku aur Sajde ko jaate waqt balki har ek rukn se doosre rukn me muntqil hote waqt” Allah Akbar “kehna,

7- Ruku se uthte hue ” Sami’ allahuliman hamida “aur ” Rabbana lakal hamd ” kehna,

8- Ruku me ” Subhana rabbiyal azeem ” kam se kam 3 martaba padhna,

9- Sajde me ” Subhana rabbiyal a’ala ” kam se kam 3 martaba padhna,

10- Dono sajdo ke darmiyan aur Attahiyat ke liye Mardo ko Baaye Paanv per bethna aur Daahina paanv khada karna, aur Aurto ‘n ko dono paanv sidhi taraf nikaal kar dhad ke Baaye hisse per bethna,

11- Darood Shareef padhna,

12- Darood Shareef ke baad Dua padhna,

13- Salaam ke waqt Daayi -Baayi taraf moonh ferna,

14- Salaam ferne me Farishto, Muqtadiyo, Jinnato Jo haajir ho unki niyat karna, aur agar jama’at se Namaz padh raha he to muqtadi agar imaam ke pichhe ho to dono salaamo me imaam ki niyat kare, aur agar imaam Daayi Baayi jaanib he to jis taraf imaam ho us taraf ke salaam me imaam ki niyat kare,

          ♦ Namaz ke Mustahabaat♦

Namaz me ye cheeze Mustahab he’n: –

1- Jaha tak mumkin ho khansi ko rokna,

2- Jamaa’i aaye to moonh band karna,

3- Khade hone ki haalat me Sajde ki jagah, Ruku me qadmo per aur Sajde me naak per aur Bethe hue goad me aur Salaam ke waqt kaande per nazar rakhna,

4- Ruku v Sajde me munfarid ( Jo akele namaz padh raha ho) ko 3 martaba se zyada tasbihaat kehna,

5- Har raka’at me khade hokar Surah Fatiha se pehle aur Surah Fatiha ke baad Soorat shuru karne se pehle” Bismillah ..” puri padhna,

6- Surah Fatiha ki har aayat per waqfa karna,

Namaz ki kisi sunnat ko chhodna makrooh he aur Mustahabaat per amal na karne se ajr me kami hoti he,

        ♦ Makroohaat e Namaz ♦

Ye cheeze Namaz me makrooh he: –

1- Kokh per haath rakhna,

2- Kapda sametna,

3- Jism ya kapde se khelna,

4- Ungliya chatkhana ya ek haath ki ungliya doosre haath me dakhil karna,

5- Daaye Baaye gardan modna,

6- Angdaai Lena yani Namaz me susti utaarna,

7- Kutte ki tarah bethna, yani dono janu ouper karke dono haath zameen per tek kar sureen ke bal bethna,

8- Chaadar vagera ko latkana,

9- Bager uzr ke chaar janu yani aalti paalti maarkar bethna,

10- Tasveer wali jagah Namaz padhna,

11- Tasveer wale kapdo me Namaz padhna,

12- Peshab Pakhana ya bhookh ka taqaza hote hue Namaz padhna,

13- Aankhe’n band karke Namaz padhna, ( albatta yaksui ke liye esa karna makrooh nahi ),

                     ♦ Niyat ♦

Namaze Juma me Farz aur Sunnat dono me Farze Juma aur Sunnate Juma ki hi niyat ki jati he,

Niyat dil ka fayl he agar dil me iraada zuhar ki namaz padhne ka tha magar galti se Zuhar ki jagah Asr ka waqt zuban se nikal gaya to bhi namaz sahi ho gayi,
Niyat ke alfaaz dil ko mutavajjah karne ke liye zubaan se Ada kiye jate hai’n,-

Zuban se Namaz ki niyat ke alfaaz kehna na Quran v hadees se sabit he aur na Aaimma muqtadeen se, isliye asal niyat Dil hi ki he,

Magar logo per vasawis v khayalaat aur afkaar ka galba rehta he, jiski vajah se niyat ke waqt Dil mutavajjah nahi hota, Dil ko mutavajjah karne ke liye mutakhireen ne fatwa diya he k niyat ke alfaaz zubaan se bhi Ada kar lena behtar he, taki zubaan ke saath Dil bhi mutavajjah ho jaye,

Namaz ba-jama’at me iqtda e imaam ki niyat yani me akela namaz nahi padh raha imaam ke saath padh raha hu, aur imaam ko bhi imaamat ki niyat yani me akela namaz nahi padh raha balki logo ko namaz padha raha hu’n,

Niyat ki galti sazda sahu se durust nahi hoti, agar dil me dhyan hi nahi tha to namaz ki niyat baandh kar namaz naye sire se shuru kare,

Vitr ki namaz ki niyat me waqte isha kehne ki zarurat nahi, albatta ye niyat karna zaruri he k me aaj ke vitr padh raha hu’n,

Niyat ke liye namaz ka Tai kar Lena kaafi he Raka’ato ki tadaad ginne ki zarurat nahi,

Niyat ke alfaaz chahe kisi bhi zubaan me kahe ( arbi, urdu vagera) jaa’iz he,

                 ♦ Qibla Rukh ♦

Qibla se mamooli fark ho to namaz ho jaa’egi aur agar 25 digri ya isse zyada ho to namaz nahi hogi,

Agar musafir ko Qibla maloom na ho to pehle kisi se daryaft kare, agar waha koi batane wala na ho to khud soche, gor fikr karne ke baad jis taraf tabiyat ka rujhaan ho k Qibla is taraf hoga, usi taraf namaz padh le,

Nabina Aadmi ke liye zaruri he k wo doosre se apne qibla rukh ko sahi kara liya kare,

agar usne bager: puchhe khud hi kisi bhi taraf rukh kar liya aur wo rukh qibla nahi tha to namaz nahi hogi,

aur agar namaz ke dauran wo qibla rukh se hat jaye to namaz ke andar hi usko qibla ki taraf kar diya jaye,

Qibla rukh bethkar wazaif padhna, Duae karna to bahut achchhi baat he magar Qibla avval yani Betul Muqaddas ki taraf moonh karke bethna ya us taraf sazda karna galat he kyuki wo ab qibla nahi raha mansookh ho chuka he,

Jis Janamaaz per Roza e Rasool ki tasveer ya koi naqso nigaar bani ho esi janamaaz ko fuqha ne khilafe aula likha he taki khayal naqso nigaar ki taraf na jaye,

Halaal janwaro ki dabagat shuda khaal ki janamaaz paak he us per namaz Ada ki ja sakti he,

Kiraaye ki chhadar, Dariyo ka paak hona maloom nahi hota isliye in per kapda bichhaye bager namaz nahi padhni chahiye,

Haram sharif me namaz padhte hue namazi ka rukh ayn Betullah ki taraf hona shart he,

♦ Namaz Ada karne ka Tareeqa -1♦

Qayaam ki haalat me nazar sazde ki jagah honi chahiye, Ruku me qadmo per, sazde me naak ki niple per, qa’ada me raano per aur Salaam kehte hue daaye aur baaye kandhe per,

Namaz me dono paanvo ki aydiyo ke darmiyan faasla qareeb 4 angusht mustahab he,

Takbire tehrima Farz he baqi Takbire sunnat he’n,

Takbire tehrima ke waqt haath uthane ki 3 rivayaat he’n,

Ek Kandho ke barabar, Doosri kaano ke barabar aur Teesra sar ke barabar,

Teeno rivayaat me koi ta’aruz nahi, haatho ka niche ka hissa kandho tak, angutha kaano ki lo tak, aur anguliya sar tak ho, Angutho ko kaano ki lo se mas karna,

♦ Namaz Ada karne ka Tareeqa -2♦

Takbire tehrima ki fazilat us shakhs ke liye he Jo imaam ki tehrima ke waqt mojood ho,

baaz ne isme zyada wusat paida karte hue kaha he k Jo shakhs qiraat shuru hone se pehle shareek ho jaye usko bhi ye fazilat hasil ho ja’egi,

Aur baaz ne mazeed wusat dete hue kaha k Jo qiraat khatm hone se pehle shareek ho jaye usko bhi ye fazilat he,
Namaz me haath baandhna Sunnat se saabit he,

Rafa yaden Takbire tehrima ke liye bila ittefaq sunnat he, iske alawa doosre mawaq’a per rafa yaden na karna behtar he,

Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam se tarke rafa yaden bhi saabit he, Imaam Abu Hanifa Rh aur bahut se Aaimma e deen ne isi ko akhtyar kiya he, Jo Hazraat rafa yaden ke qaa’il he’n wo bhi isko mustahab aur afzal hi farmate he’n, farz aur wajib nahi kehte, isliye ye kehna k rafa yaden ke bager namaz nahi hoti khalis jahalat he,

Ruku me sar aur kamar ek seedh me aur taange aur ghutne ek seedh me hona chahiye,

Beth kar namaz padhne wala ruku me itna jhuke k sar ghutno ke barabar aa jaye,

♦ Namaz Ada karne ka Tareeqa -3♦

Sazde me peshani aur naak lagana dono zaruri he, sirf peshani lagana naak na lagana makrooh tehrimi he aur esi namaz ka lotana wajib he,

Namaz ka sazda zameen per karne per qudrat na ho to sazda ka ishara Kar lena kaafi he, koi cheez aage rakh kar us per sazda karna zaruri nahi,

Sazde ki haalat me kohniya itni zyada nahi felana chahiye k jisse doosro ko takleef ho,

Imaam Abu Hanifa Rh ke nazdeek Aurat ko zameen se chipak kar sazda karne ka hukm he,

Namaz me ruku ke baad itminaan ke saath sidha khada hona aur dono sajdo ke darmiyan itminaan se bethna ( rukn to nahi magar ) wajib he, iska ahatmam zarur karna chahiye,

aur imaam ko bhi laazim he k namaz is tarah padhaye k muqtadi qoma aur jalsa itminaan se kar sake,

Qa’ada me dono haath Raano per rakhe, ungliya’n qibla ki taraf is tarah rakhe k ungliyo’n ke sire ghutno ke qareeb tak pahunch jaye, magar ghutno ko pakde nahi varna ungliyo’n ka rukh qibla ki taraf nahi rahega,

♦ Namaz ada karne ka Tareeqa-4♦

Attahiyaat me tashahud ke waqt sidhe haath ki shahadat ki ungli uthai jati he,
Tashahud me angusht shahadat ke saath ishara karna sunnat he, ishare ka Tareeqa ye he k, ” Ashhadu Allailaha illallah ” kehte hue ” La” per ungli uthaye aur ” illallah ” per gira de,

Shahadat ke baad ungliyo’n ka halqa salaam tak baqi rakh jaye aur shahadat ki ungli salaam tak badastoor alag rahe, shahadat ke baad ungliyo’n ko felaya na jaye, balki mutthi salaam tak badastoor band rehni chahiye,

Fiqhi kitaabo me iski vajah ye likhi he k ungli uthane se ishara gairullah se uluhiyat ki nafi ki taraf he, aur ungli rakhne se ishara haq ta’aala Shanh ke liye uluhiyat ke asbaat ki taraf he,

Attahiyaat dono qa’ado me padhna wajib he agar pehle qa’ade me muqtadi ki attahiyaat puri nahi hui aur imaam teesri raka’at ke liye khada ho gaya to muqtadi imaam ki pervi na kare balki apna tashahud ( attahiyaat) puri karke khada ho,

isi tarah akhri qa’ade me muqtadi ka tashahud pura nahi hua tha k imaam ne salaam fer diya to muqtadi imaam ke saath salaam na fere balki apna tashahud pura karke salaam fere,
Agar koi shakhs pehle qa’ade me aakar jama’at me shareek hua aur usne attahiyaat shuru ki thi k imaam khada ho gaya to ye shakhs imaam ke saath khada na ho balki attahiyaat puri padh kar khada ho,

Agar koi shakhs akhri qa’ade me shareek hua abhi attahiyaat puri nahi ki thi k imaam ne salaam fer diya to ye shakhs foran khada na ho jaye balki attahiyaat puri karke khada ho,

♦ Namaz me Darood Shareef ki kya haysiyat he ♦

Qurane Kareem ne ummat ko Do baato ka alag alag hukm farmaya he, Ek salaat aur doosri Salaam,

Salaam ke hukm ki tameel to Attahiyaat me ” Assalamu alayka Ayyuhan nabiyu wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh” padhne se ho jati he magar Salaat ke hukm ki tameel kin alfaz me ki jaye? Ye baat Sahaba ikraam Raziyallahu anhum ne Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam se daryaft ki aur Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne iske Jawab me “Darood Ibrahim” ke alfaaz taleem farmaye,

Ek aur Hadees me Hazrat Fuzala bin Ubed Raziyallahu anhu se marvi he k Rasulullah Sallallahu alaihivasallam ne ek shakhs ke suna k apni namaz me Dua kar raha he, Usne na Allah ta’aala ki tamheed v Sana ki aur na Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam per Darood bheja,

Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya,
” is shakhs ne jaldbazi ki ”

Fir use bulakar farmaya,
” Jab tumme se koi shakhs Namaz padhe to Dua se pehle Allah ta’aala ki Sana bayaan kare, Fir Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihivasallam per Darood bheje fir Hamd v Sana ke baad Dua kare, ”

Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke zamane se Aaj tak ummat ka ye ta’amul chala aata he k Aakhri qa’ade me Attahiyaat ke baad Darood Shareef padha jata he, aur fir Dua ki jati he fir Namaz ka salaam fera jata he,

Lekin ummat me iska koi bhi qaa’il nahi k Aakhri qa’ade me Darood Shareef na padha jaye, wese bhi Dua se pehle Allah ta’aala ki hamd v Sana karma fir Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam per Darood bhejna Dua ke Aadaab me se he, Aur ye qubooliyat ka qavi zariya he, To Namaz ke Aakhir me Dua se pehle Darood Shareef padhna is qayde ke tahat aayega,

♦ Darood Shreef ke Baad Dua e Masoora Padhna♦

Aakhri qa’ade me Darood Shareef ke baad Dua masnoon he , Qurane kareem ya Ahadees shareefa me Jo Duae’n aayi he’n unko Duae Masoora kaha jata he inme se koi bhi Dua padh lene se sunnat Ada ho ja’egi,

Hadees me he k ” Allahumma inni zalamtu nafsi ” wali Dua Abu Bakar Siddiq Raziyallahu Anhu ki darkhwast per Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne unko sikhayi thi,

Akhri qa’ade me jitni Duae’n chahe padh sakte hai’n lekin imaam ko chahiye k itna lamba na kare k muqtadi tang ho jaye,
Namaz ke liye kam se kam har musalman ko 4 soorte yaad honi chahiye, Surah Fatiha ke baad ek hi soorat har raka’at me padhna makrooh he,

Dil me padhne se Namaz nahi hoti, Zubaan se alfaz adaa karna zaruri he,
Ek qaul ye bhi he k halki awaaz se is tarah padhe k khud sun sake, magar doosra na sune,

Aur doosra qaul ye he k Zubaan se sahi alfaz ka adaa hona shart he, Apne aapko sunai dena shart nahi,

Pehla qaul zyada mashoor he aur doosra qaul zyada laa’iq etbaar he,

Imaam ke pichhe Surah Fatiha padhna ikhtilafi masla he, Imaam Shafai Rh isko zaruri qaraar dete he’n aur Ahle hadees hazraat ka isi per Amal he,

Imaam Abu Hanifa Rh ke nazdeek qiraat muqtadi ka wazifa nahi balki imaam ka wazifa he, isliye Hanfiya ke nazdeek imaam ki iqtida me muqtadi ko qiraat karna jaa’iz nahi, khamosh khade rahe,

Qurane kareem me Soorte jis tarteeb se aayi he’n usi tarteeb se Namaz me padhni chahiye, Khilafe tarteeb padhna makrooh he,

Nifl ka har Dogana mustqil namaz he, isliye Nifl Namaz ki Teesri raka’at agar doosri raka’at se lambi ho jaye to koi harj nahi, Sunnate gair moakada ka bhi yahi hukm he,

Sunnate Moakada me bhi behtar ye he k baad ki raka’ato ko pehli raka’ato se lamba na kiya jaye,

Imaam Abu Hanifa Rh ke nazdeek qiraat farz namaz ki do raka’ato me farz he, Aakhri do raka’ato me wajib nahi balki inme sirf Surah Fatiha ka padhna mustahab he,,

               ♦ Qiraat Karna -2♦

Jin (chhuti hui) Raka’ato ko aap imaam ke salaam ferne ke baad puri karenge unme aap imaam ke taabe nahi balki apni akele namaz padh rahe he’n, isliye in raka’ato me Aapko apni Qiraat ki tarteeb malhooz rakhna to zaruri he,

maslan aapki 2 raka’ate reh gayi he to pehli raka’at me aapne Jo soorat padhi he doosri raka’at me uske baad wali soorat padhe isse pehle ki na padhe,

Lekin imaam ki qiraat ki tarteeb ka lihaaz aapke zimme zaruri nahi pas Aap imaam ne Jo soorte padhi Aap baqiya raka’at me isse pehle ki soorat bhi padh sakte he’n aur baad ki bhi,

Chhar raka’at Sunnate Mokada ki pehli raka’at me Surah Falaq padhli to baqi raka’ato me Surah Naas padhta rahe,
Vitr ki pehli raka’at me Surah Falaq padhli to doosri raka’at me Surah Naas padhe aur Teesri raka’at me bhi Surah Naas ko dobara padh liya jaye,

Masjid ke namaziyo tak awaaz pahunchana ke liye Namaz me loudspeakers ka istemal aam ahle ilm ke nazdeek jaa’iz he, loudspeakers ki soorat me bhi mukabbir ka intezam hona chahiye taki loudspeakers kharab hone ya bijli chale Jaye to Takbeer keh sake aur namaz me khalal na ho,

Masjid ke bahar ka loudspeakers Azaan ke alawa kholna jaa’iz nahi,

          ♦ Jama’at Ki Safbandi -1♦

Saf ki daayi Janib afzal he, Hadees me he k,
” Allah ta’aala aur uske farishte rehmat bhejte he’n safo ki daayi Janib,”

Lekin agar daayi taraf Aadmi zyada ho to baayi taraf khade hona zaruri he taki dono janib ka tawazun barabar rahe,
Agar pehli saf me Jagah ho to pichhli safo se falangte hue aage badhna jaa’iz he lekin agar gunzaish nahi to logo ki gardano se falangna aur do Aadmiyo ke darmiyan zabardasti ghusna jaa’iz nahi, Hadees me iski mumanat aayi he aur ese shakhs per narazgi ka izhaar farmaya he,
Safo me Kandhe se kandha milana zaruri he kyuki agar esa na kiya jaye to darmiyan me faasla rahega aur ye makrooh he, aur Takhne ke barabar Takhna rakhna zaruri he inka aapas me milaana zaruri nahi,

Jo Bachche bilkul kam umar ho’n unko to masjid me laana hi jaa’iz nahi, Nabalig bachcho ke bare me asal hukm ye he k unki alag saf baalig mardo ki saf se pichhe ho,

Agar Bachche ikaththe hokar udham machate ho ya bada majma hone ki vajah se unke gum ho Jane ka andesha ho to unko bado ki saf me khada karna chahiye taki unki vajah se bado ki namaz me khalal na aaye, aur ye hukm bhi un bachcho ka he Jo Namaz aur Vaju ki tameez rakhte ho varna zyada chhote Bachcho ko masjid me laana jaa’iz nahi,

Hayya Alassalah tak Bethe rehna jaa’iz he aur iske baad takheer nahi karna chahiye, lekin afzal ye he k pehle safo ko durust kiya jaye fir aqaamat ho,

Hayya Alassalah tak Bethe rehne per israar karna aur usko farz ya wajib ka darja de dena gulu fiddeen he, Aap Sallallahu alaihivasallam ke naam naami per angunthe choomna aur usko deen ki baat samajhna Bid’at he,

Hayya Alassalah per uthna aur qadqamatissalah per imaam ka namaz shuru kar dena mustahab likha he lekin fuqha ne safbandi ko zaruri qaraar dete hue takheer ko sahi kaha he kyuki safo ko sidha rakhne ki shadeed takeed aayi he,
Mustahab us fa’al ko kehte he Jiske chhodne wale ko malamat na ki jaye, Magar ahle Bid’at ne is fa’al ko apna sha’aar bana liya he aur amalan isko farz v wajib ka darja de rakha he, iske chhodne walo per na sirf malamat ki jati he balki unke khilaf ishtehar bazi bhi ki jati he,
Mustahab me jab esa gulu kiya Jane lage to uska tark ( chhodna ) zaruri ho jata he,

Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne irshad farmaya, k Jama’at ki namaz akele se 27 darja zyada hoti he, ( fazilat ke etbaar se)

Ba jama’at Namaz ka sawab 25 ya 27 guna tak hota he, aur JO Namaz miswaak karke padhi jati he uska sawab 70 guna he, Jama’at ke saath miswaak karke Namaz padhne per ye ( 27×70) 1890 tak pahunch jata he,

Masjid me doosri jama’at karna makrooh he, Jagah badal kar kisi doosre hisse me aqamat ke bager Jama’at ho to jaa’iz he,
Agar muqtadi akela ho to imaam ke barabar dahini taraf zara sa pichhe hokar khada ho,

Jo jama’at azaan ke bager hui wo sunnat ke mutabiq nahi hui isliye uska etbaar nahi, baad me aane wale azaan aur aqamat ke saath jama’at kar sakte he’n,

Namaz to ghar me ho jati he magar Farz namaz ke liye Masjid me Jana zaruri he aur bager uzr ke Masjid me na aane walo ke liye sakht wa’iyd aayi he, Sahaba ikraam ese shakhs ko munafiq samajhte the Jo Namaz ba jama’at ki pabandi nahi karta tha,

Bager kisi sahi uzr ke Masjidwar Jama’at ki namaz chhodne ki aadat gunaahe kabeera he,

Jama’at me shareek hona baaz Aaimma ke nazdeek Farz he, Baaz ke nazdeek Wajib aur baaz ke nazdeek esi sunnate Mokada he Jo wajib ke qareeb he,

” Mene iraada kiya k lakdiya jama karne ka hukm du, fir Namaz ki Azaan ka hukm du, Fir kisi shakhs ko hukm du k wo imamat kare, aur khud un logo ke gharo ke paas jau Jo Namaz me haajir nahi hote, Pas un per unke gharo ko aag laga du, ”

Aurat ke Jawan hone ka waqt maloom ho to us waqt se Namaz Farz he, Varna Aurat per 9 saal pure hone per dasve saal se Namaz Farz samjhi ja’egi,

Chehra, dono haath gatto tak aur paanv takhno tak, in teen a’aza ke alawa Namaz me pura badan dhankna Aurat ke liye Namaz ke sahi hone ki shart he, iske bager Namaz nahi hogi,

Jo kapde Ese bareek ho k unke andar se badan nazar aaye unse Namaz nahi hoti, Namaz ke liye Dupatta mota istemal karna karna chahiye,

Namaz ke dauran agar Sar khul jaye aur 3 baar Subhanallah kehne ki miqdaar tak khula rahe to Namaz toot ja’egi, Aur agar Sar khulte hi foran dhaank liya to Namaz ho gayi,

Khade hokar Namaz padhna Farz he aur esa libaas jisme badan na khulta ho, Agar Badan pura dhaanka hua ho to Namaz saadi me bhi ho ja’egi, magar Saadi khud na-pasandida libaas he,

Namaz me seene per dupatta hona aur Baanho ka chhupana laazmi he,
Namaz padhte hue agar Sajde me dupatta niche aa jaye to bhi Namaz ho jati he,

Khwateen ke liye Azaan ka intezar karna zaruri nahi, waqt ho jane ke baad avval waqt me Namaz padhna afzal he,
Albatta agar waqt ka pata na chale to Azaan ka intezar kare,

Qayaam

1- Aurto’n ko qayaam me dono paanv mile hue rakhne chahiye yani unme faasla na rakhe, isi tarah ruku aur Sajde me bhi takhne milaye rakhe,

Jabki Mardo ke liye ye hukm he k qayaam me unke qadmo ke darmiyan 4 ya 5 ungliyo ka faasla rehta he,

2-Aurto’n ko chahe sardi ka uzr ho ya na ho har haal me chaadar ya dupatta vagera ke andar hi se haath uthana chahiye, bahar nahi nikaalna chahiye,
Jabki Mardo ke liye hukm ye he k agar unhone chaadar oad rakhi ho to Takbire Tehrima ke waqt chaadar se bahar nikaal kar haath uthaye,

3- Aurto’n ko sirf kaandhe tak haath uthana chahiye,
Jabki Mardo ko itne uthane chahiye k anguthe kaano ki lo ke barabar ho jaye balki kaano ki lo ko lag jaye,

4- Aurto’n ko Takbire Tehrima ke baad seene per haath baandhna chahiye,
Jabki Mardo ko naaf ke niche,

5- Aurte’n haath baandhte waqt sirf apni dahini hatheli baaye haath ki pusht per rakh le, halka banana aur baayi kalai ko pakadna na chahiye,

Jabki Mardo ke liye ye hukm he k daaye haath ke anguthe ka halka banakar baaye haath ko gatte se pakad le aur darmiyan ki 3 ungliya’n kalai per sidhi rakhe,

   Ruku

1- Ruku me Aurto’n ko zyada jhukna nahi chahiye, balki sirf is qadar jhuke k unke haath ghutno tak pahunch jaye,
Jabki Mardo ko ye hukm he k is qadar jhuke k kamar bilmukabil sidhi ho jaye aur Sar aur Sureen barabar ho jaye,

2- Aurto’n ko ruku me dono haatho ki ungliya kushada kiye bager ( balki milakar) rakhni chahiye,

Jabki Mardo ke liye hukm ye he k ruku me haatho ki ungliya kushada rakhe,

3- Aurte’n ruku me hatho ko ghutno per rakhe magar zyada zor na de,aur ghutno ko pakde na rahe,

Jabki Mardo ke liye hukm ye he k haatho ka ghutno per khoob zor dekar mazboot pakad kar ruku kare,

4 – Ruku me Aurto’n ko apni kohniya apne pehlu se mili hui rakhe yani simti hui ruku kare,

Sajda

1- Sajde me Aurto’n ko kohniya zameen per bichhi hui rakhni chahiye, Jabki Mardo ko kohniya zameen per bichhana makrooh he,

2- Aurto’n ko sajde me dono payr ungliyo ke bal khade nahi rakhne chahiye balki dono payr dahini taraf nikaal kar kulho per bethe aur khoob simatkar aur dab kar sajda kare, Sureen uthaye hue na rakhe,

3- Sajde me Aurto’n ka Pet raano se mila hua hona chahiye aur baazu pehluo se mile hue hone chahiye, garz ye k khoob simatkar sajda kare,

Qa’adah

1- Attahiyaat me bethte waqt Aurto’n ko dono payr dahini taraf nikaal kar baayi sureen per bethna chahiye, yani sureen zameen per rahe, payr na rakhe,

Jabki Mardo ke liye ye hukm he k qaa’ada me apna dahina paanv khada rakhe aur baaya paanv bichhakar us per Beth jaye,

2- Aurte’n qa’ada me haatho ki ungliya mili hui rakhe, Jabki Mard ungliyo ko apne haal per chhod de, na khuli rakhe na milaye,

♦Aurto’n ki Namaz ke Digar Masail -1♦

1- Jab koi baat Namaz me pesh aaye, maslan Namaz padhte hue koi aage se guzre aur use rokna maqsood ho to Aurat taali bajaye jiska tareeqa ye he k daaye haath ki ungliyo ki pusht baaye haath ki hatheli per maare,

Jabki Mardo ko esi zarurat ke liye “Subhanallah “kehne ka hukm he , magar Aurte’n ” Subhanallah” na kahe balki Jo tareeqa bataya gaya uske mutabiq taali bajaye,

2- Aurat Mardo ki imaamat na kare,

3- Aurte’n agar jama’at karaye to Jo Aurat imaam ho aage badhkar khadi na ho balki saf ke beech me khadi ho,

Aurto’n ki tanha jama’at makrooh he,

4- Fitna v fasaad ki vajah se Aurto’n ka masjid me hazir hona makrooh he,

5- Aurte’n agar jama’at me shareek ho to Mardo aur Bachcho se pichhli saf per khadi ho,

♦Aurto’n ki Namaz ke Digar Masail-2♦

6- Aurat per Juma Farz nahi, lekin agar juma ki namaz me shareeq ho jaye to uska juma Ada ho ja’ega aur zuhar ki namaz saaqit ho ja’egi,

7- Aurto’n ke zimme Eiden ki namaz wajib nahi,

8- Aurto’n per ayyame tashreeq yani farz Namazo ke baad ki takbeerate tashreeq wajib nahi, albatta agar koi Aurat jama’at me shareek hui to imaam ki pervi me us per bhi wajib he magar buland awaaz se na kahe kyuki uski awaaz bhi satar he,

9- Aurto’n ko Fajar ki Namaz jaldi andhere me padhna mustahab he, aur tamaam Namaze avval waqt me Ada karna mustahab he,

10- Aurto’n ko Namaz me buland awaaz se qiraat karne ki ijazat nahi,

11- Aurat azaan nahi de sakti,

12- Aurat masjid me a’atkaaf na kare balki apne ghar me us jagah Jo Namaz ke liye makhsoos ho a’atkaaf kare, aur agar ghar me koi jagah Namaz ke liye makhsoos nahi to a’atkaaf ke liye kisi jagah ko muqarrar kar le,

♦Khwateen ke Tareeqa e Namaz ka Saboot Ahadees se-1 ♦

Khwateen ka Tareeqa e Namaz Mardo se juda hone hona bahut si ahadees Mubarak aur aasaar sahaba v tabaiyn se sabit he, aur fuqha ke charo Aaimma bhi is per mutafiq he’n, Tafseel ye he: –

1- Hazrat ibne Umar Raziyallahu se puchha gaya k khwateen Huzur Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke ahad mubarak me kis tarah Namaz padha karti thi, to unhone farmaya k pehle chaar zanu hokar bethti thi fir unhe hukm diya gaya k khoob simatkar Namaz adaa kare,

2- Hazrar Waa’il bin Hajr Raziyallahu Anhu farmate he’n k mujhe Huzur Akram Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne Namaz ka Tareeqa sikhlaya to farmaya k,
“Ey Waa’il bin Hajr! Jab tum Namaz shuru karo to haath kaano tak uthao aur Aurat apne haath chhatiyo’n tak uthaye, ”

3- Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam do Auto’n ke paas se guzare Jo Namaz padh rahi thi, Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne unko dekhkar farmaya k jab tum sajda Karo to apne jism ke baaz hisso ko zameen se chimta do isliye k isme Aurat Mard ke manind nahi, ”

” Namaz ke doraan jab Aurat bethe to apni ek raan ko doosri raan per rakhe aur jab sajdaa me jaye to apne pet ko apni dono raano se milale is tarah k isse zyada satar ho sake aur Allah ta’aala uski taraf dekhte he’n aur farishto se farmate he’n k Ey Farishto! Tum gawah raho mene is Aurat ki bakhshish kar di,”

5- Huzur Akram Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ka irshad he (k agar Namaz ke doraan koi esa amr pesh aa jaye Jo Namaz se kharij ho to ) Mardo ke liye hukm ye he k wo Tasbeeh kahe aur Aurte’n sirf taali bajaye,

Baaz Deendar Namazi log bimari ke Dino me Namaz me gaflat karte he’n, Ya to padte hi nahi ya bahut baddili se padte he’n Ya ye khayal karte he’n k jab Theek ho ja’enge Qaza pad lenge,

Ye baat bhi soch Lena chahiye k agar isi bimari ki haalat me maut aa gayi to un Namazo ka kya hoga?

Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne apni bimari ke Dino me Namaz ka kis qadar khayal rakha k Aakhri marj jisme Aapka Visaal hua do Sahabi ke sahare ladkhadate hue saath aakar jama’at me shareek hue aur Ummat ke liye bhi yahi hukm he k jab tak khade hokar padhne ki taaqat ho khade hokar padhe aur jab khada hone ki taaqat na ho to bethkar padhe aur iski bhi taaqat na ho to letkar sar ke ishare se padhe,

                 

           ♦ Bimaar ki Namaz -2 ♦

Beth kar namaz padhne ke masail

Namaz kisi haal me na chhode khade hokar padhne ki taaqat ho to khada hokar Namaz padhta rahe aur jab khada na ho sake to bethkar Namaz padhe, Bethe Bethe ruku karke dono sajde kare aur ruku ke liye itna jhuke k peshani ghutno ke barabar aa jaye,

Agar khada hone ki taaqat to he lekin khade hone se sakht takleef hoti ho ya bimari bad Jane ka dar he tab bhi bethkar Namaz padhna durust he,

Let kar namaz padhne ke Masail

Agar bethne ki taaqat nahi rahi to pichhe koi gaav taqiya vagera lagaka is tarah let jaye k sar khoob ouncha ho jaye, balki bethne ke qareeb ho jaye aur paanv qibla ki taraf faylade,,,, agar kuchh taaqat ho to qibla ki taraf paanv na faylaye balki ghutne khade rakhe, Fir sar ke ishare se Namza padhe, aur Sajde ke ishare me ruku ki banisbat zyada jhuke,

Agar gaav Taqiya se tek lagakar bhi is tarah na let sake k sar aur seena vagera ouncha rahe to qibla ki taraf paanv karke bilkul chit let jaye lekin sar ke niche koi ouncha taqiya rakh de k moonh qibla ki taraf ho jaye, aasman ki taraf na rahe, fir sar ke ishare se Namza padhe, Ruku ka ishara kam aur Sajde ka ishara zyada kare,

                  ♦ Bimaar ki Namaz -5♦

Ishare se bhi Namaz padhne ki Taaqat na rahe

Agar sar se ishare karne ki bhi taaqat nahi rahi to Namaz na padhe, fir agar ek raat -din se zyada yahi haalat rahi to Namaz bilkul maaf ho gayi, theek hone ke baad qaza padhna bhi wajib nahi,

Aur agar Ek Raat-Din se zyada ye haalat nahi rahi balki ek Raat-Din me hi ishare se padhne ki taaqat aa gayi to ishare hi se unki qaza padhe,

aur ye iraada na kare k jab bilkul theek ho jaunga tab padunga, isliye k shayad bilkul hi theek hone se pehle mar jaye to gunahgar marega,

Agar bimari ki Vajah se ruku Sajda ki taaqat nahi rahi isliye Sar ke ishare se ruku Sajda kiya fir jab kuchh Namaz padh chuka to ruku Sajda karne ki taaqat aa gayi to ab ye Namaz faasid ho gayi, usko pura na kare balki dobara padhe,

aur agar ishare se ruku Sajda karne se pehle tandurast ho gaya to pehli Namaz sahi he, us per bina’a jaa’iz nahi,

Jo sakhsh khud istanja na kar sake
Faalij gira aur esa bimaar ho gaya k paani se istanja nahi kar sakta to kapde ya dhele se ponchh liya kare aur isi tarah Namaz padhe, agar khud tayammum na kar sake to koi doosra tayammum kara de, aur agar dhele ya kapde se ponchhne ki taaqat bhi na ho to bhi Namaz qaza na kare usi tarah Namaz padhe,

Walden v olaad vagera kisi ke liye bhi uska Satar dekhna aur ponchhna durust nahi, Albatta miya bivi ek doosre ka Satar dekh sakte he’n,

Agar koi shakhs qiraat taveel hone ki Vajah se khade khade thak jaye aur use takleef hone lage to uske liye kisi diwaar ya darakht ya lakdi vagera ka Tek laga Lena makrooh nahi,

Bimari me Qaza Namaz ,

Tandurasti ke zamane me kisi shakhs ki kuchh Namaze qaza ho gayi thi magar qaza padhne se pehle bimaar ho gaya, to bimaari ke zamane me jis tarah bhi Namaz padhne ki taaqat ho unki qaza padh le ye intzaar na kare k jab khade hone ki taaqat aa’egi tab padunga ya jab bethne ki aur Ruku Sajda karne ki taaqat aa’egi tab padunga, ye sab shaytani khayalaat he’n, Deendari ki baat ye he k foran padh le aur der na kare,

♦ Kursi per Bethkar Namaz Padhna-♦

Aajkal kursi per bethkar Namaz padhne ka ek aam rivaaj ho gaya he, Jisko bhi thodi bahut takleef ghutno me ya kamar me ho rahi ho wo sahuliyat ki khatir kursi per bethkar Namaz padhna shuru kar deta he, halanki baaz surato me kursi per bethkar Namaz padhna jaa’iz nahi,

isliye is Masle ki puri vazahat likhi jati he k kis qism ke Mareez ke liye kursi per Namaz padhna jaa’iz aur kiske liye nahi,

1- Jin soorto me ishare se Namza padhna jaa’iz nahi, sajda karna laazim he:-

1- Jo Mareez qayaam per qaadir nahi albatta Ruku Sajda kar sakta ho to uske liye zameen per bethkar ba-qa’ada Ruku Sajda karna Farz he,

2- Jo Mareez zameen per bethkar ba-qa’ada Sajda nahi kar sakta magar Sar itna jhuka sakta ho k zameen tak zyada se zyada 2 Einto ( bricks) ke barabar taqriban Ek Baalisht ya isse kam faasla reh jaye to uske liye itni ya isse kam ounchi kisi cheez Tipaai vagera per Sajda karna laazim he, ishare se Namza nahi hogi,
,

3- Jo Mareez zameen per bethkar Namaz nahi padh sakta magar Kursi se utarkar zameen per Sajda kar sakta ho aur kursi per bethne ki ounchai ke barabar koi Tipaai bhi saamne nahi rakhi hui ho to ese Mareez ke liye kursi per bethkar ruku v Sajda ke liye ishara karna durust nahi, Zameen per utarkar ba-qa’ada Sajda karna zaruri he,

4- Jo Mareez zameen per bethkar Sajda nahi kar sakta aur na itna sar jhuka sakta ho k zameen per Ek Baalisht faasla reh jaye magar Kursi per bethkar Namaz padhe to Kursi per bethne ki jagah ke barabar ounchi Tipaai vagera per Sar rakhkar Sajda kar sakta he aur Kursi aur Tipaai ka ghar me intezam ho sakta he Masjid me nahi ho sakta to masjid me kursi per ishare se Namza padhna durust nahi, ghar me Tipaai per Sajda karna laazim he,

5- isi tarah agar kursi per bethne ki jagah ke barabar tak sar nahi jhuka sakta magar Kursi per bethne ki jagah se Ek Baalisht ya isse kam ounchai tak sar jhuka sakta he aur itni ounchi Tipaai mayassar he to us Tipaai per Sajda karna laazim he, ishare se Namza padhna sahi nahi,

Vaaze rahe k Aajkal Masajid me rakhi kursiyo ke saamne tirchhe lage hue mez (table) aam tor per Do Einto ( bricks) ki miqdaar ( taqriban ek Baalisht) se zyada ounchi hote he’n, is per agar ese shakhs ne Sajda kiya to wo ishare ke hukm me hoga aur ese shakhs ki Namaz ki sehat ke liye ishara kaafi nahi,

❂ 2- Jin Soorto me ishare se Namaz Padhna Ja’iz he ❂

★1- Jo Mareez zameen per bethkar Namaz padhne per qaadir ho lekin ruku v Sajda karne per qaadir nahi, Maslan – kamar me takleef he ya Aankho ka operation kiya he, Sakht takleef ya naqabile bardasht jismani nuqsan ke andeshe ki bina per zameen per baqa’ada sajda nahi kar sakta he aur na itna jhuk sakta he k zameen tak ek Baalisht ya isse kam faasla reh jaye, to woh ishare se Namza padh sakta he magar isme bhi laaziman ahatyat kare k sajde ke liye ruku se zyada jhuke,

★2- Min darja soorate haal me Mareez kursi per Namaz padhna chahta he aur itna nahi jhuk sakta he k bethne ki jagah ke barabar ounchi Tipaai ya kursi ki Seat ke se taqriban ek Baalisht ya isse kam ounchi Tipaai per Sajda kar sake to woh kursi per bethkar ishare se ruku Sajda karke Namaz padh sakta he, uske saamne Tipaai vagera rakhna zaruri nahi,
Kyuki is soorat me use ishare se Namza padhne ki ijazat he,
:
★ Taham agar kisi ne saamne rakhi esi Tipaai ya nisb Takht Jo kursi ki Seat se do Einto ki miqdaar taqriban ek Baalisht ya 9 inch se zyada ouncha he, per Sajda kiya to isse Namaz ki Sehat per koi asar nahi padhega,

★3- Zameen per bethkar Sajda karne per qaadir nahi lekin agar kursi per bethkar Namaz adaa karna chahe aur kursi per bethne ki jagah ke barabar usse taqriban 9 inch ounchai tak Sar jhuka sakta he lekin apne mohalle se door he aur kisi esi cheez ka intezam nahi ho sakta to is soorate haal me ye Mareez kursi per bethkar ishare se Namaz padh sakta he,
